Ben and Jeff are awesome! I learn something about plumbing every time they come over. Ben has done excellent work and told us about preventative things that needed to be done. Because of his thoroughness, he found some areas that were already problematic but we did not see it because they had calcified over. I will not call anyone else but Thorough Plumbing. Thank you Ben for making sure the water and gas is doing what it is supposed to and going into places it should not. Shout out to you as well Jeff, have a blessed day.

I called Thorough Plumbing about a leaking frostproof faucet, and they came out (Antonio, I believe) and reviewed options. I was not ready to proceed without thinking on it, so they kindly provided quotes and did not charge for the trip. Seem like very reasonable folks.

The water heater went off. Thorough Plumbing is genuinely helpful and didn’t upsell me. They helped me identifying the issue and we resolved it very quickly on the phone. They will be my go to plumber going forward.

I needed an estimate for a Halo5 whole home water filter system and the Thorough Plumbing team set up a two hour time window and came out to work up an estimate. They had to use some special tracing equipment to locate my sewer and water cut off and found both near my house. They did this on their time as part of the estimate and never once hassled about how long it was taking. They were prompt, friendly and very helpful and thorough in showing me everything it would take to install this system. The estimate breakdown was a very detailed line item breakdown. There was no guesswork or things left out that would pop up later.

The estimate was out of our budget for right now and I texted Ben who understood and was very respectful of my decision. I told him they earned a new customer along the way in this process because I really appreciated the time and detailed breakdown of the estimate.

If you need a plumber I would certainly recommend you give this company a try. They are a local Allen Plumbing Contractor.

Antonio was prompt, courteous, and professional. He fixed the problem in no time and I could not be more pleased. Thorough Plumbing is my go to plumbing company and I can’t recommend them enough!

Just had a great experience with Thorough Plumbing. Needed some remodeling work done to update tub/shower fixtures for an original to the house ceramic tub. Antonio and Ben talked me through options and price points. They had blocked out time to do the work and started right away on my project. Old houses are never straightforward, but they were able to adapt (including working in the dark when I had an unexpected (and unrelated) electrical issue that required shutting off power to the house for essentially the whole time they were there). They communicated throughout and left the place clean. My tub/shower plumbing is in a much better place than where it started thanks to them. Thorough Plumbing takes Zelle which I appreciated. Highly recommend for your next plumbing project.

We had what we know know was a slab leak. Jeff at Thorough plumbing had someone out that afternoon! The plumber was very polite and knowledgeable. Woke up this morning to find my front yard soaking wet and water flowing down the street. A leak on the water supply line. Called Thorough Plumbing and the dispatcher estimated arrival between 2 - 4 PM. The two technicians arrived right at 2:00. They diagnosed the problem quickly and also repaired quickly. The final price ended up being less than estimated. I appreciate the professional work and courteous demeanor. Thank you!

Antonio, the technician came out and was able to diagnose the low flow sink issue in a matter of moments. Instead of replacing the entire faucet, he simply swapped out a part I had on hand and completed the job in minutes. since I was a reoccurring customer, there was no charge. Unbelievable. Thorough Plumbing came out after my son flushed a rubber duck down the toilet. It turns out it was small enough to work its way through and didn’t require any repairs, but Antonio was very professional and thorough in confirming everything was working as expected.

Had new refrigerator delivered today and the old water line connection was leaking. Could disconnect until water turned off. Was able to get Thorough plumbing to come within 3 or 4 hours to put in new water valve and save the day. Extremely pleased with their quick response time.

I had a badly leaking outdoor faucet. Classic Plumbing responded on a timely manner and replaced t h e faucet. The technician, Omarion Wheeler, was prompt, courteous, and gave me options to address the issue. After finishing his work, he cleaned up the area and assured there were no other leaks.
I've used Classic twice and have been very pleased with their work, timeliness and pricing. I strongly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with Thorough Plumbing! Emergency weekend call for a water heater leak and ultimately replacement of both units with an outstanding tankless water heater! Jeff was responsive, communicated in detail throughout the process and recommended upgrades only when he thought they were relevant. Micah was very helpful in resolving a difficult pluming issue caused by the home builders bad installation. He really is the most honest plumber in town and he and his son were very nice to our nosey Golden Retriever.

Great service and honest. In a bad weather, we had sewer clogged from outside. Micah quoted us $200 but recommended to call the city first and they should fix in the same day. We needed it to be fix now and he did. Then he charged us less than what he initially quoted. Great biz.
