I recently had a plumbing problem at my 40 yr old home. Micah recommended a better-suited plumber, and Jennifer called after hours to make sure I had water! Now THAT is above and beyond! I absolutely will call them again.

Unbelievable. Definitely a bright light in a dark world of people trying to overcharge and hustle you. Not only did they help us get through the night without having to pay for an after hours fee, but they can early the next day fixed our problem and walked us through step by step to figure out how to solve on our own in the future. Great people, great price, highly recommend. So great that they feel like an old family friend. ♥️

Spoke with Jenni at Micah's Honest Plumbing and she informed me that they don't service city of Dallas addresses typically. The conversation would normally end there, but she graciously offered advice on how to hire a comparable plumber to avoid price gouging of the large private equity-backed players in the Dallas market. She also pointed me to Locke Supply (they too were excellent and helpful) as a great resource where I was able to purchase a Bradford White water heater directly. I took her advice and was able to get my entire project (a hot water heater replacement) completed for $1,700 by another vendor (I've reviewed them as well), which included the hot water heater, labor, City of Dallas permit, auto-stop/leak detector and a few misc valves and pipe fitting. Thank you Jenni for taking 10 minutes to offer the most helpful advice...above and beyond!

My water heater went out today, so I wanted a local independent plumber. So I called Micah's.
I was quoted $2000.00, I said no, I went a brought a new 50 gallon gas water heater and new water and gas fittings for $700 @ lowe's (10% veteran discount).
What is going on now day's $1,300 for labor!!
That's a sin...........

Rather than easily take a couple hundred bucks to come out for a service call and a quick repair, they twice took my phone calls/questions and guided me on how to do the easy repair myself. Of course they would have come out but I agreed I could probably fix it myself. They sent me a video of how to fix it and a link with the product I would need to order! Who does this? All while not making a cent off of me.

Clearly, customer service is valued with this company and honesty like the name implies. Little things like this will guarantee I give them a call for future problems.

Just did business with Micahs Honest Plumbing for the first time. Absolutely great experience. We had a collapsed sewer line under the house and our tenants were unable to use the property. Micah and Jenny did a great job, not only with the repair, but helping to prioritize to get the tenants back in the house as quickly as possible. In House Plumbing replaced our aging cast iron sewer pipes. The project was massive, but it was a pleasure to work with Ed and the team. Ed communicated with us about every detail numerous times on a daily basis, and the job was completed as promised.

In-house plumbing does Cast Iron Replacement , right! They are pros at this. They have the right size crew for the job at hand. They are quick they are courteous. They are prompt. They are punctual. We contracted In-House to replace our cast iron drainage system with pvc. Estimator was quick and thorough. Chris came to the house in the morning and I had drawings, a plan and an estimate before the end of the day. While it is an expensive undertaking, the price for the entire replacement was less than an estimate for a partial, piecemeal fix from a regular plumber.
On the first day of the job a large crew arrived and got right to work tunneling. The job was done within a few days and the team leader kept us up to date and answered all of our questions. Everything was cleaned up to our satisfaction.
I would highly recommend In-House for a job of this scale.

Hardworking crew, helpful supervisors. Specific job, to replace 53' of old[60+ yrs] cast iron sewer drain pipe with PCV. Required lots of precision digging, replacement and backfill. Highly recommend.

We hired them to do a full replacement of the cast iron plumbing. Everything was done perfectly. The supervisor, Ed, was so wonderful to work with! He explained everything and gave many updates along the way. The crew made sure everything was done to my approval before leaving. Ed and his crew did fantastic!

I've hired these guys for two properties needing full cast iron re-routing. Both times, they offered the best price, the work was top notch and the communication and speed unmatched. Best of all, they stand behind their work. We just noticed a leak in our irrigation line a few months after the cast iron replacement and the owner sent the sprinkler crew they contract with back out to repair it free of charge on a Saturday. Highly recommend!

We had to have our sewage lines re-routed as our cast-iron pipes had rusted away. Not something anyone is excited about spending money on! It made it more tolerable since the staff at In-House plumbing was so great and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions and were very communicative. The entire experience was wonderful!
