Can’t say enough good things about IN-HOUSE PLUMBING! The salesman Chris offered a solution that no else thought about and offered a price, no one could touch. The crew from Stetson, to Santos, and all of the incredibly hard working men who worked non-stop were all extremely professional and dedicated. This was absolutely the best experience I could have hoped for… the whole process was a pleasure!

In House Plumbing came out and gave me a fee estimate for changing out the cast iron plumbing under the house. Chris was so thorough and so nice. He helped calm my pup, but also reviewed everything w/ me in detail, showed me everything, talked it all through, measured the whole space, sketched it out and came up with a plan right there. He did the camera, talked about the street to the house, under the house, access points, how to save money, all of it! Efficient, thorough, professional. And quick!

I built my house in 1978. Unfortunately, cast iron was used in the sewage system at that time. I made an in depth study of businesses that installed PVC piping in the replacement process.

It became clear that In-House Plumbing was the leader in this area by the number of signs that went up temporarily in front yards. Additionally, I had good friends that highly recommend In-House Plumbing.

I chose In-House and really feel good after going through the replacement process. They finished in just three days.

In-House had a supervisor that stayed on-site for every hour workers were on site. He was great. He was always positive, respectful, and lowered any apprehension I had about the job. In-House supplied good numbers of workers to complete the job.

The office workers and owner were professional and easy to work with. My experience was a good one.

In-House plumbing completed a full cast iron sewer line replacement for us last year. They did a great job throughout the entire process and communicated well. I called today because I thought we possibly had a leak. They were able to get me on the schedule today and Chris came out to check. He completed the leak test and found there was no leak. He explained the process and we were very happy to find that we did not have a leak. We were very satisfied with the service that was provided by Chris. Thanks so much. I would highly recommend.

In-House has been incredible. They came out to put in PVC pipes to replace the cast iron that was cracked. It was a reroute which is different from tunneling and removing the cast iron. Just capped off and create a new route for PVC. What would normally be about a $45K job was actually a $16K job since our home was a perfect candidate for this option. Damian, our head Plummer was fantastic and his workers were efficient and worked hard and quick. The project took a few days longer than anticipated due to some unforseen complications and the bosses in the office were kind enough to call and apologize for the inconvenience and extra labor and took full responsibility for it. That meant a lot and earned my respect even more. It was a minor inconvenience. But what plumbing project is convenient? I say all of this to sing their highest praises and recommend them if you have cast iron plumbing. I hope to never use them again...or any plumbing company for their fantastic work.

In-House Plumbing arrived on Wednesday morning about 8 am and completed the reroute of my plumbing on Friday about 5 pm. The crew lead, Stetson, kept me totally informed as to next steps and timeline throughout the project. The crew was extremely efficient, courteous and respectful of my property.
At the beginning of the project, I told Stetson that I wanted to see the cast iron piping that was removed. Upon looking at some of the piping, it was perfect timing for removal.
At the end of the job, I was asked if I wanted any dirt to fill low spots. I had them place 4 barrels in the backyard. The crew members gave me the powdery dirt and removed any large rocks. I asked for photos of the new plumbing that were sent to inspector and received promptly. Upon finishing the project, Stetson walked me around my property to ensure I was satisfied with the clean up. No trash in the yard and my garage was spotless.

This plumber did a great job with the installation of a new shower faucet and line for repositioning. He also did a great job for me when addressing a leak my mother-in-law had under her peer and beam home. He was able to quickly detect where the leak was and made the repairs. In both case, he was very professional, responsive and informative regarding the work and resolve all at at very competitive pricing. Tremendous all around service and will definitely call back for any other plumbing needs.

Bad an emergency with our main drain line, called James Plumbing. Jon came out and took care of the problem immediately. The price was very fair for the time of night it was. Would highly recommend the service.

Genuinely a nice guy. I called him after hours with an emergency. He was already tied up with another job, but took the time to help me figure out how to secure things until he could come help.
