He was able to come out the same day, which we really appreciate. He was very kind to my elderly mother and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Jon came to fix my water heater. He was so knowledgeable and gave me all my options. We ultimately decided to replace the heater. Jon came through and even took extra time to lay down drop cloths to protect my floor. I will definitely use him again for all my plumbing needs.

James is the best! He was going to shut out water off for free due to an emergency leak after hours but we had luckily found the main before he had to come out. James is a real caring, sweet guy who’s not out to rip you off. He is the real deal and came out first thing the next morning to fix our faucet that had sprung a major leak. Didn’t cost an arm and leg either.

I walked in my house to find my bathroom had flooded. We called Jon at James Plumbing and he came out right away. He immediately knew what the problem was and had it fixed in minutes. I had an excellent experience with James Plumbing. We had a small leak in our closet but we were unable to detect where the leak was coming from. We called James Plumbing and our plumber, Jon, came within the same hour of us calling. Jon was quick and efficient and found the exact source of the leak. He also preform some tests to make sure it wasn’t a slab leak which was our initial concern.

Jon told us the best option to fix the leak and a very fair estimate. We agreed and Jon quickly proceeded with the repair. He was done within half an hour. He even made sure to clean his work area and everything was put back in place.

After multiple attempts at getting an "emergency plumbing company" after-hours on a Saturday evening, James was the only plumber to answer our call due to a backup of multiple bathroom facilities. Not only did he answer, he was at our doorstep within a few minutes, had the main water turned off, quickly diagnosed the issue, and removed the main line clog. We cannot recommend him enough!
