I had a slab leak under my refrigerator, I was very nervous about doing this, since it was in the kitchen. but as soon as Damien and Martine started, and explained as they went, which was really nice it wasn’t at all painful as I thought it was gonna be. these guys were very professional, very helpful and boy The cleanup job was amazing. i’ve never had anybody that cleaned up after themselves the way they did, and during the whole thing, we will definitely always use this company. they are definitely worth five stars

In-House plumbing did a great job repairing and re-routing my cast iron pipes. Their price was fair and everyone was great from the initial estimate to the crew that did the work. All in all, they went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

We used this company for our repair work when we discovered a leak under the house. Everything seemed okay at the time but then we discovered what a poor job they did backfilling underneath our house! They came out once to add more dirt but it was not enough. When we reached out again for help (during a remodeling project we are still in the middle of), they refused. The sales person Chris came out to our house and was very rude! He offered no solution or apology to us, nor explanation of why the issue was not addressed earlier.
Buyer beware:
The dirt that was hauled away from the original project was our dirt, why would you not put it back once the new pipes were installed? -
In-House plumbing exceeded our expectations not only by being prompt, but you cannot beat their prices and the friendliness of their crew, Chris, Damien and more! They originally scheduled us for 9/16 for our pipes and moved us up to this past week. They were in and out within four days. I cannot express enough how happy we are we went with them after getting quotes from other companies. Reach out to them today if you're thinking about replacing your cast iron pipes.

From the initial evaluation and drawing of the plan by Chris Williamson, to the execution by his highly qualified & experienced teams, I was so impressed by the upbeat & can-do attitude of the hard working men. They helped me with several special requests as the work progressed. A very important qualification is that this is their main business, which they can do in four days.
The work required some disruption of my sprinkler system, which was put back in perfect condition. I very highly recommend In-House plumbing Company. -
In-House Plumbing did a great job on our plumbing! We were very happy with the initial meeting for this job all the way to the end of the job! They were supportive to our concerns, they were courteous, polite, fast and efficient. When they were done the yard was cleaned up very nicely. We opted to have them fix the brick they took out, Cody did a great job replacing the brick! Would recommend them for your cast iron pipe replacement.

I had a great experience with In-house plumbing. I had multiple plumbers come check my sewer system and they gave me way overpriced quotes. If they weren't overpriced, it was only a small section repair for over $9k. One quote I got from a plumber was for $45k for the complete sewer system replacement not including braches to the showers and outside sewer line. Chris and Sean from In-house plumbing explained everything they were going to do without "if this then the price will go up" bs. When they inspected the old sewer, they didn't guesstimate how much digging (so no surprise charges) and they provided a sewer reroute option that was more effective. If you are frustrated with ridiculous quotes give In-house a call. FYI- complete sewer replacement (under foundation) completed in 4 days.

In-House Plumbing replaced my 48-year-old cast iron sewer lines. It is a process and expense that I do not wish upon anyone, but In-House made the whole process easier to deal with and the expense was reasonable compared to other estimates. From their initial estimate to the final cleanup, In-House has it down to a science. The whole job took 4 days and the scheduling of the different crews, city inspection, pick-up of the extra dirt and final irrigation adjustments came off like clockwork. They addressed any concerns that I had, and they did a great job in cleaning up. It is a company that I would definitely recommend.

I had my cast iron pipes replaced by In House Plumbing and they did an incredible job. Chris was prompt and professional providing the quote. Brittany in the office was very accommodating when scheduling. Colton and crew were also very professional and happy to answer any questions along the way. It took only 3 days from start to finish and they did a great job of cleaning up when they left.

Highly recommend this company for any cast iron pipe replacement projects. They were responsive, very efficient and reasonably priced compared to other groups. I would highly recommend.

the team that did the work at my home was fantastic, from diggers to site manager. the communication from the office was lacking. i was not aware of what was happening and what disruptions there would be until the day of. the site manager would alert me. would be nice to know before the team arrives what to expect.
note - get quotes on brick replacement. In House charges 2 - 3 times what you would pay directly to bricklayer -
The first honest estimate we got, these folks are the real deal. This is what they do, replace cast iron sewer lines and solve the problem. Original suggestions, like rerouting the lines out from under the slab.. Accurate and in depth site analysis.. When we pull the trigger on this, we'll be going with In-house Plumbing. Chris, thank you.

I had been dreading replacing my cast iron sewer pipes for many years. I have watched as many people in my neighborhood have had theirs replaced. It is just not what you want to spend money on.
I have seen the sign for In-House Plumbing at many homes in my neighborhood. I have talked with some of my neighbors about their experience with the company that they used, including In-House and others. I heard good things about In-House Plumbing.
I received bids from three company's. In-House was the best price. They were able to start in about a week, where as the others were a little farther out time wise. In-House was finished with my job in four days, while the others quoted a longer time. One even said it would take three weeks!
The crew showed up and started on time each day. They worked from 8 am to 5 pm each day, with a lunch break from 12-1. When they needed to come into my house to remove the toilets, replace the connections, and then reseat the toilets, they always removed their shoes and were conscious of not making a mess. They hit a few snags with a weird issue in my main bathroom, but they too care of it. They kept me informed as issues popped up.
I highly recommend In-House Plumbing! -
In July 2023, I had my sewer pipes replaced by In-House plumbing. I didn't take all that many photos, but I included a couple I took while the ground was still open.
I was very impressed with the time that Chris took to write up the quote. Even his hand-drawn initial diagram was leaps and bounds ahead of the detail I received from the other quotes that I received. I'd presented the approach the other plumbers recommended in their quotes and, one-by-one, he explained why he didn't recommend the same.
When we decided to proceed with the work, the next available time was about a month out, which worked fine for us as we weren't in an emergency situation.
When the work started, I was greeted on the first day by a project manager who I would correspond with throughout the project. He and about 10-15 other men showed up to proceed with the dig. They finished all the digging in one day!
The next day, they finished all of the plumbing. We were only without sewer access for a couple of hours tops and never did they leave us without access at night.
The following day was inspection day. I checked the inspection in the Plano system and everything seems to have been filed correctly. The inspection was marked as 'passed' by the City of Plano.
The final day was backfill, which the group also completed in one day.
We had one complication with our sprinkler system. I had paid for the option for the company to hire their own sprinkler company to fix the work. That sprinkler company came by on the following day and resolved the issue.
Overall, I was super impressed the the In-House plumbing team's work. I received quotes from four other companies, three recommending something a little different and then another that was a like-for-like comparison. -
We had In-House replace all of the cast Iron under our 70s home. Not only did they have a great price, but called every day with progress updates, and every time there was a snag. Despite the surprise that my house was built entirely on limestone and slowed the tunneling down, they still finished on schedule and cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend them.

In-House Plumbing exceeded all of my expectations. We had our cast iron pipes collapse, right after purchasing the home. Yes, we knew they were cast iron, but still loved the home! After the pipes collapsed, I called three companies to get quotes and was told anywhere from $50-$60k. I was stumped on what to do and couldn’t believe how much this was going to cost. We got on the Ring App and posted about needing a good plumber to replace cast iron pipes. Within minutes, seven people said In-House Plumbing. I looked them up online, read the reviews and made the call. Chris came out the next day and worked a whole new system with us and gave us a quote that was $30,000 cheaper than the other 3 companies. I was also told they can’t start until 9/16 but I didn’t care because it was $30,000 in savings. I went ahead and signed the contract and was blown away with the next steps.
1. They were able to move us by 4 weeks and get to us quicker.
2. Once work started, they had some of the hardest working guys, I’ve ever seen.
3. The crew works from start to stop and does not take a lot of breaks
4. They got the pipes done and mess cleared in 4.5 days.
5. They were honest about everything from start to end.
6. NO UNEXPECTED FEE’S.
7. They all work with a smile on their face and that’s something you can’t find anymore.
I will recommend this company to anyone that needs their cast iron pipes replaced over and over again! If you’re having doubts, this is your sign to make the call now and sign that contract today! You’ll be so happy that you did and never have to worry again!
Thank you In-House Plumbing! -
Highly recommend this company! Very reasonable price for cast iron pipe replacement compared to other companies in town. Any concerns we had were promptly addressed by the office and the service team. Very pleased with the communication throughout the process. Thanks for a job well done!

I got several quotes for a whole house sewer reroute and theirs was by far the lowest. They were professional and friendly. They show up when they say they will. And they were very responsive when I had a follow up question after the service was complete. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with In House Plumbing. They made what felt like a grueling job worry free. The crew was very respectful of our home both inside and out.
Stetson was an amazing supervisor! He communicated every step of the way and made us feel comfortable with our entire property being dug up for cast iron replacement. Any issues that arose were brought up right away with a solution or options for me to decide on.
We have had multiple companies working on our home this past month and In House Plumbing has risen above and beyond the others. -
I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional work your team did in replacing my entire cast iron sewer pipe with PVC to the street. The team's professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail truly impressed me.
From the initial consultation with Chris, to the final inspection, your team was courteous, communicative, and efficient. They took the time to explain the entire process to me in detail and answered all of my questions patiently. I felt completely comfortable and confident in their abilities throughout the entire project.
The quality of the work performed was exceptional. The installation of the PVC pipe was done with great care and precision, and the clean-up after the work was complete was thorough and thoughtful. Your team made sure that everything was left in a neat and orderly fashion, which I really appreciated.
Furthermore, the pricing for the work was fair and competitive. The quote provided was transparent and included all the necessary details, so I knew exactly what I was paying for.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the work that was done by your team. You exceeded my expectations in every way and I would highly recommend your services to anyone in need of plumbing work. Thank you again for your exceptional work! -
