Today, we had an emergency plumbing situation in our house! He was here within 15 minutes and got the job done quickly and professionally! He also cleaned up well after himself! The best part was his personality!!!! He is funny, upbeat and for dealing with poo all day he has a great attitude! I recommend 👌

Irrigation water line broke in the winter storm. John came out and fixed it within 30 minutes! Very polite and professional. Highly recommend.

After attempting to fix my shower’s hot water issue myself and causing a leak, I called James Plumbing and he was able to fit me in the very next morning and fix it and install a new shower cartridge. I called several other plumbers and James was by far the most responsive and upfront with pricing whereas others wanted a fee upfront just to diagnose the issue. I highly recommend him and will be using him in the future!

John, the owner came out to check my water heater and was very helpful. I would recommend James plumbing to anyone looking for prompt and good service. I’ll continue to use John.

I found James’s number through a local MOMS Facebook group where he came highly recommended-and now I see why! My husband and I have been searching for a plumber who not only does great work but also actually responds in a timely manner (which has been surprisingly hard to find).

We’ve had James come out twice-once for our dishwasher filling with water, and another time when our bathtub was clogged thanks to our little ones putting things down the drain. Both times he was incredibly quick to reply, communicated clearly by text, and showed up either the same day or the next.

Beyond just being prompt and skilled, James is the kind of genuinely good person who clearly loves what he does and enjoys helping people. It’s rare to find that combination these days. Highly, highly recommend James Plumbing!

Our Outside faucet had burst we freaked out because frozen and burst and water sprayed everywhere… about 4:00 PM.
We shut off water by about 4:30 and now I was calling James,.
James was out by 5:15 PM.

John, the owner of James Plumbing, diagnosed the location of our leak (mice in the attic chewed through a line), fixed the problem and Got er Done fast. I now have a new plumber. Give him a call, I guarantee you will be pleased.

We recently worked with James Plumbing at the house in Plano and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The team was professional, on time, and really knew their stuff. We had a water leak from our backyard faucet today so we called the plumber who installed it a few months ago. Mr. Jon responded immediately and even left his work to come fix our problem. He arrived in less than two hours and replaced the faucet with a brand new one in about 10 minutes. Everything was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Since it was still under warranty he did not charge us which we truly appreciated.

After having a bad experience with a former plumber finding Mr. Jon has been a huge relief. This is the third time we have called him for an urgent issue and every time he has saved us by showing up fast and fixing the problem the right way.

When I discovered my outdoor hose bib was leaking I contacted Jonathan and he came the next day to fix it. The bib was old and there was no access to the pipe it was connected to so he had to carefully break through some brick to reach the pipe, which was a scary thought, but he handled it very carefully. Not only did he replace the hose bib perfectly, but he surprised me by seamlessly mortaring the brick afterward without me even asking. When I came out, everything looked flawless, and the pricing was more than fair. Would highly recommend.
