Matt was on time! He explained everything he was going to do and the possible scenarios. He quickly got to work and solved the clogged toilet. He also checked the water pressure to the house and suggested a safety measure. We will call on JMP again.

Matt was great! He was on time and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Made minimal cuts for easier repair to fix a gas leak.

Jonathan and his team did a fantastic job installing a tankless water heater to replace the traditional tank model. I have been using Landry Plumbing since last April when they were the only plumber that offered to take a look at an old baptristry that needed to be hooked back up for use. Jonathan did an amazing job and have had him out multiple times since for various plumbing issues. Always professional and helpful. I have used Landry Plumbing now a few times but as of late our gas water heater needed to be replaced. Jonathan and his team from calling in to assessing the situation and installing the new water heater was phenomenal. Pricing was fair, got a little education about his experiences with brands and we are back to having Hot water in our home. Highly recommend his expertise!!! I hope to not have to call him soon, but I am glad I have another "guy" to call if services are needed. He is a small business which I am also all for supporting...

Jeff was very nice and knowledgeable. I called him out to look at my water, and it turned out to be a simple end-user issue—something so easy. I’m not sure how I missed it, but since it’s a new house for me, maybe that’s why. There was no fee, which was awesome! I’ll definitely call him back if I ever have any plumbing issues.

Called late with an emergency hot water issue and Shana and Jeff were able to talk me through the problem and help me fix what I thought was a major issue over the phone. Ben just resolved my extremely slow draining master bath sink problem. He was polite, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. I've had problems with that sink and our laundry room sink draining very slow for decades and I never understood why. I assumed painters used those sinks to clean their brushes and the gunk never made it all the way out of the house. Both sinks serve as the condensation drains for the AC units in the attic. I'd pour 1/2 cup bleach down the drains in the attic a few times a year because I heard that is will help keep buildups from occurring. No luck. Ben explained that the water from the AC drains has a different PH (and maybe other differences) compared to tap water that causes build ups. He roto'd the drains and gave me some tips to prevent the build up. I will use Thorough Plumbing whenever I need plumbing assistance. I can't say enough about having a knowledgeable person share their insight as it relates to having them resolve problems like this.

I had rodent damage to a water line to one of my bathrooms. There was no sound of water, but there was water weeping from under my front porch brick. I called Thorough plumbing and Jeff came quickly. He did some detective work and was able to isolate the leak and repair the water line.

The name of this company actually fits! Jeff was very thorough and ensured that my full home stoppage issue due to tree roots impacting the sewage line was resolved. This included doing work to assist the city in locating cleanouts in my yard to resolve the issue. I'm grateful that Jeff explained what was going on and provided details in a manner I could easily understand. Thanks Thorough Plumbing! All is now clear!

I have used Thorough Plumbing on several occasions, most recently this morning. I had two plumbing issues converge on my yesterday and as previous customer they went out of their way to ensure to get me on their schedule this morning. Ben came out, diagnose the problems, and handle my issues quickly and at a very fair price. I highly recommend them!

Jeff replaced a hot water slab pipe for me about 2 years ago and did what I would call a detailed repair that completely solved the problem. By bypassing the existing line that was leaking, it saved time and money and that was very appreciated. Then, recently, in February 2025, I developed a leak in the closet that houses the water heater. I thought that it might have been the replaced pipe that Jeff put in. We talked on the phone and each of us thought it was unlikely that it was the new pipe as he uses a State of the Art pipe that is very tough to penetrate. He changed his next day plans so he could come right out and take a look. It turns out the leak was right next to his replaced pipe in a 33 year old copper 90 degree. No surprise that it had given way. He put in some new copper parts for me and was done quickly. We even had time for some small talk since his work was done so efficiently with his female partner Shanna. I'd call Shanna invaluable since she handles all the support work while Jeff is completing his repairs. I observed her fielding phone calls, text messages, moving their great looking repair van when necessary, answering questions, retrieving tools and parts, etc. Not unlike an Operating Room nurse, I bet he couldn't do without her. You can be certain that Jeff and Shanna will find and fix your plumbing problems in a most efficient and splendid way. 5 Stars out of 5. David Howard
