We used Brendon and AugerPros Plumbing for a property that we have under contract and we are so happy we went with them! They were very knowledgeable, communicative, and Hygge Homes and Land highly recommends them!

Kory and Auger Pro were fantastic in responding to my call to check my sewer line for a possible leak.
Kory explained everything he was going to do as he scoped out my sewer line. When the results were inconclusive, he suggested a pressure test, which he was then able to isolate a leak that was not visible on camera, to the line after my clean out. He also talked about potential next steps to help me with my issue. The fee was very reasonable and the service was 5 star excellent.

This was a followup visit by Justin, looking at a potentially large job under the house. He was very thorough and explained what needed to happen in order to correct the problem. While expensive, I will probably go ahead and get it done. Would use augerpros again.

Here's the plumbing company you want! We had a gas line leak at our house and the gas had been turned off. We didn't know if the leak was in an outside line or in our house. Julio and John from Auger Pros came out, identified where the leak was, did the necessary repairs, told us the fastest way to get our gas turned back on and followed up with the city to get the line certified and green-tagged as being fixed. They were exceptionally competent, polite, and diligent. Save yourself a lot of heart-break and call Auger Pros and ask for Julio!

Justin with Augerpros was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He assessed the problem, explained it to me and told me the cost before he did the work, so there were no surprises and he did the job in a timely manner and left everything clean and tidy.I will definitely use Augerpros from now on for my plumbing needs and always request Justin.

Theses guys are rock stars!! They got a drain cleared that has never worked very well. We were ready to have them replace everything from the main drain to the floor. They started from a lets try the basic stuff first then go from there. So very honest, on time, polite and professional. Pricing was very fair, and while cost can be an important part of the picture, getting it done right and knowing you can trust the professional doing the work is what is most important.

extremely nice and efficient. replaced flapper and fill valve in toilet. was going to replace hose from dishwasher to garbage disposal but was able to fix kink in existing hose with clamp instead and charged alot less. both toilet and dishwasher are working great!

I cannot say enough to express my appreciation for Kevin Houser's excellent work. He was very kind, professional, efficient, and provided explanations for the work that needed to be done. He didn't mind explaining information, the extent of damage, and he provided honest, trustworthy expertise. Today was the first step of the repair... and Kevin's plumbing was expected to take about an hour, and it did. He cut out the freeze damaged valves and pipes and replaced with flexible tubing, PVC pipe, and a new washer box. Ryan, the assistant was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. This job was accomplished quickly and wonderfully. I am grateful in all ways. I've received respect and excellent communications from Jerry about all of my plumbing requirements. Kevin Houser made the preliminary inspection about a month ago, and today I was finally able to have the plumbing accomplished. The freeze in January damaged pipes, leaked into the wall, and flooded the garage. I want to thank Jerry, Michelle, Lois, Ryan, and especially Kevin Houser whose gentleman nature and uplifting words went above and beyond his excellent, professional construction-plumbing expertise. Kevin was sent to inspect my work request for a new water heater in the attic. He was able to answer all my questions and (my wife’s over the phone) regarding tank vs. tankless options in details. He gave sincere and honest feedbacks.

My daughter has used them and we both highly recommend them. At least the 1st call and appt was over the top!

I called Augerpros out to have a pressure test on my gas line so Atmos would turn on the gas. when I called the person who answered the phone quoted me $499 plus tax. When the plumber arrived he said it would cost $864. So I called the office while he was here. They talked,and they would do it for $525. so I agreed. a few minuets later the plumber came back in and said I has a leak, and it was $249 per hour to find a leak. He said it would take at least 2 or more hours. So i paid the $199 for a service call. Today I had another plumbing co come out. he pulls a pressure test , and said everything looks good. NO LEAK AT ALL !
I just got beat out of $199 by Augerpros.

Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Saved me by supplying hot and cold lines back to a shower valve and I couldn’t be happier with the same day service! Would absolutely recommend AugerPros for your plumbing needs.

Tim’s true expertise showed when he investigated one particular hall drain line. He correctly identified the standing water as normal ponding due to pipe angle, not a structural break. He then confirmed with his camera that the entire length of the pipe was clear (only showing minor wipes), saving us from approving a costly hydro-jetting procedure and giving us immense peace of mind.

Positive experience. Tommy did a good job clearing my stubborn drain and used his camera to identify the underlying issue (fallen drain pipe) and provide a quote. Took time to help me communicate the issue with my HOA too. Appreciate the professionalism and his care to clean up after himself too.

Justin fixed the toilet leak in our office bathroom. He was fast and professional and gave us a fair price. We will definitely use Augerpros again for all of our plumbing needs.

We have used Augerpros several times for issues in our 40+ year old home. The technician (Tommy) is the best - very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and prompt. The only negative is the cost which can be more expensive than others. But, like everything else in life, you get what you pay for.

Brendon and Allen did a great job.
There was a water leaking in the front of my house. I engaged a few inspectors, but no one can figure it out. This week, I met with Brendon and Allen, they spend about 1-hour and finally figured out what caused the problem. Other than that, they also provied the recommendations what should do next.
I highly recommended Brendon and Allen if you have water leaking in your house.
