O'Bryan just keeps getting better and better. I decided to flush our water heater and realized it's probably on its last legs. Not only did the water come out clear, meaning the sentiment is probably thick and caked in, it was manufactured in 2012. I'm gonna assume the previous owner never maintained it. So rather than deal with the hassle, I had O'Bryan come to quote a 50 gallon tank replacement. They gave me four options and I agreed to one. Surprisingly, they were able to swap out the tank on the same day - they literally had a 50 gallon water tank rolling around in their van, lol! We switched from Rheem to State Water heater. Needless to say, the job took a little over 3 hours. Tim was very thorough with the installation, what to expect after installation, including city inspection. If you're still looking for a plumber, trust me, hire O'Bryan!

I just wanted to give Aaron and O'Bryan Plumbing another proper shout out. Our city smart water meter alerted us that we had a 6 GPH water leak late June 2024. After exhausting all leak checks, i.e. toilets, pipes, water heater, irrigation, outdoor faucets, etc., I assumed the leak was either at the meter or at the line between the meter and the house. Sure enough, the hole where the meter sits in was filled with water. At first I called a different plumbing company (Casto Leak Detection) and they wanted to replace the entire pipe from the sidewalk into the house and quoted $4,200 to dig and replace the pipe. I don't think they properly diagnosed the leak and just assumed since they did not take the time to pump out the water from the water meter hole, otherwise they would've seen the leak. The overall work would've taken 2 days and they couldn't start until a week after the service call (7/1/2024). I remembered using O'Bryan and called them the same day and Aaron, who helped install 3 hose bibs last year, came by and diagnosed the leak. He quickly determined the leak was at one of the joints connecting the reduced pressure back flow preventer to the water meter and showed me a video of the actual leak after pumping water out of the water meter hole. He was able to fix the leak the same day of the service call, less than 2 hours and the cost was less than $400. Because of O'Bryan's honest to goodness service, I signed up for their family maintenance subscription plan (our water heater is up for replacement anyways lol). I like how O'Bryan Plumbing take photos of their work and send it to me via email with my receipt. They also guarantee all services with a 1 year warranty.

We hired O'Bryan Plumbing Services to replace three old outdoor hose bibs (aka outdoor faucets, spigots, etc.) in our new home that were probably there from the early 90's when the house was built. Aaron was the serviceman and he arrived within 5 minutes of giving us a heads-up call. The entire job was completed within 45 minutes and the quoted price is fair. Thumbs up to Aaron for the cordial service and professionalism. We'll use O'Bryan again if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

Excellent work done by Ryan, from O’Bryan plumbing. He explained the proposed solution and alternatives. He did his best to repair with the less possible side damage to the house.

When it became obvious that we needed to replace our 27-year-old water heater that had ruptured, he did not turn into a pushy salesman but became an experienced adviser instead. My wife and I highly recommend O'Bryan Plumbing, and we also sing Cri's praises!

Ryan came out as part of our yearly service to flush the water heater and evaluate our home’s existing plumbing. Needed two outside hose bibs replaced as they would not shut off. He replaced both hose bibs and flushed the water heater in about an hour. Very pleased with Ryan’s work. Would recommend Ryan for any plumbing work.

Ryan came out last week to fix my jammed garbage disposal and got everything draining again. When I noticed it was leaking this week, he came back out SAME DAY and replaced it on the spot. Super responsive, professional, and quick. Highly recommend.

Love O’Bryan plumbing! I called for non emergency problem in bathroom and they scheduled appt for next day as I requested, kept me posted via text messages on time of arrival so I was able to run some errands before their arrival. Ryan G. was excellent - on time, professional, cautious, very neat work, but worked quickly. Also took care of another problem I forgot to mention in my initial call. I will continue to use them for any other plumbing needs.

Plumber Cri did an outstanding job. We were very pleased with his personal and professional service he provided us. He explained everything about the garbage disposal replacement or take it out. He checked out our whole plumbing system and answered all the questions we had. He recommended replacing the water valve under the sink for the dishwasher that was corroded with hard water and needed replacing due to age. I have used O’Bryan plumbing for years and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Well, they made that look easy! Ryan and Ricardo came out and got the job done in a matter of minutes. Had a mysterious leak that was costing us $$$ a month and they found the issue FAST. Ryan also made sure to show us where the valve was for any future emergencies. Thank you! Will definitely be calling them again!

Loved our experience. We had a clogged kitchen sink that was deeper than we could get to. They came out and had it taken care of in 10-15 minutes. It was more expensive than I was thinking it was going to be but we loved the service and We will use them again.

Consistently great experience with O’Bryan Plumbing Services. Lidia and team super customer focused and responsive on scheduling. Everyone we’ve had out for maintenance and repairs has been good. Cody helped us this time around with annual inspection, hot water heater flush, investigating low water pressure issue, and rebuilding gas line piping to fire pit, and was exceptional throughout. Especially on fire pit and related piping — a real craftsman. Highly recommend.

We had a leak occur and got Obryan out. They sent Cri and he was fantastic. We had to have quite a bit of stuff done to fix it and he was very knowledgeable and helpful to us for anything we might need in the future as well. I appreciated the attention to detail and the speed in which the work was completed.

My experience with O'bryan was great. When I called the office, I talked to Jacinda who was very attentive to my concerns, and was able to get a technican out same-day for my actively leaking sink. Prior to the technican coming out, Lidia called 30 minutes prior to the technician coming out to confirm that I was home and ready which was very thoughtful. They sent out Aaron, who was great to work with! He provided me with options to fix my leaking sink, and helped me with some other projects I had been putting off (A faucet install and toilet fixture). Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Aaron, Lidia, and Jacinda and would recommend them to my friends!

Cody did an AMAZING job today. He extended EXCELLENT customer service, professionalism, expertise. He listened carefully to all the issues I have and addressed and resolved them one-by-one. After a recent kitchen remodeling, we were left stranded with no gas, filtered water, etc. With Cody's help, my new kitchen is back up again and totally functional. What an incredible relief indeed! Aaron with O'Bryan Plumbing Services did a great job, as did Chris, and the other technicians, that came out to my house to fix a gas leak at my outside barbecue grill and I needed a new hot water heater. They were upfront about the repairs and costs and updated me as they went. They were very nice and polite guys. I'm very pleased and I will definitely call them again for anything related to plumbing. I highly recommend their services.
12/10/25 - Update...I had Cri come out to unclog my sink drain and he was very quick, courteous and professional. Everyone I've encountered has been great! It's nice to have a good plumbing service that you can count on!

Ryan and his co-worker (sorry, I do not remember his name) were excellent! Very knowledgeable and transparent throughout the whole process. Happy to have hot water!

This company has amazing customer service. They are very proactive and stay on top of things. They scheduled everything and coordinated with other contractors and the city to keep things going smoothly.

Cody and Luke were excellent and quickly and accurately assessed damage. Great work ethic and good conversationalists, I was very thankful for them.
