Jack and his team were extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I had a hot spot on my wood floors and decided to call them to come out to check to see if my hot water was leaking. They found the leak, they also found another leak as well, and repaired everything. Jack was very transparent with every hiccup they ran into and were able to solve the problem where as other companies may have gave up or charged me an arm and a leg. I had a leak alert from the City of Allen. I called Allen Plumbing and leak detection. They were nice enough to walk me through certain checks over the phone. With their help I was able to locate the leak and it was a sprinkler head off the main water line. Courteous, knowledgable, and professional.
