Called and spoke with Rudy and he was incredibly helpful, they do not handle maintenance issues but he listended to me, told me what the issue was and referred me to someone who could make the repairs and handle any maintenance issues. exactly how business is done.

I just cann't write enough good things about this company and Rudy the owner . On a Friday afternoon , 5 min before closing he answered my call and guided us through the problem . He was friendly and funny too . They're great at what they do and they care. He fixed the problem in no time , they know what they're doing . And the price can't be beat . 5 stars for sure. 👍

UPDATE: my septic system now needs major repairs because I listened to the “pros”. They ask for you to leave a 5 star review in exchange for walking you through what to do. So disappointed..
This company does not service septic systems but THEY DO give wonderful advice and outstanding customer service! Rudy assisted me by walking me through on what to do to correct my specific issue. He just saved me a lot of money and gave me new knowledge I didn’t previously have!

Had a plumber come out to fix a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. He showed up when he said he would, explained what was going on, and had it sorted in about an hour. Price seemed fair for the work done. No complaints from my side.

We thought we had a slab leak because our water bill jumped suddenly. Plumber True Services of Allen, TX came out, located the issue, and it ended up being a small pipe leak. Saved us a lot of money.

Plumber came in quickly after calling them and fixed water leakage issue in a timely manner. Price is on the high end but no complaints since service was same day.

Chad arrived and got right to work on solving our problem. He was friendly, polite, and respectful! He had our toilets flushing in less than an hour!
We will definitely call him again if we have any more issues!

Chad came by within 15 minutes of calling, fixed the problem quickly and didn’t try to do any unnecessary work. Highly recommend!
