Nijat was especially helpful with excellent advice and a very thorough inspection of the problem we have with our 15 year old Bosch dishwasher! He was very professional, courteous, and took great responsibility for the analysis of the problem we were having. We would definitely ask for him again if needed!

Easy to make the appointment. The problem was assessed. The part needed for the dishwasher was ordered and installed when it arrived a few days later. Esmin was very pleasant. We would definitely use UltraFix again.

I hired these guys to fix my leaking washing machine. I found the “repair guys” watching a YouTube video on how to fix a washing machine. Not kidding. When they left, after assuring me it was fixed, I ran the machine, and it flooded my laundry room. Ultra Fix refused to provide a refund. These guys are frauds and liars

Ray was exceptional and very professional. He explained everything before changing the parts.The price was very reasonable. He also explained how to maintain the appliances. We highly recommend them and will be using them again.

so far so good Paul showed up. He was very friendly. Awesome guy said we can fix the fridge rather than replace the fridge. It’s half the price if we fix it basically is what he was letting me know. I have a home warranty company so I will be reaching out to them on Monday and he said we will give them the diagnosis so thank you. Awesome job Paul. I just want everybody know they do not work with my warranty company that I have but I can get my own technician and so that’s why I chose this company and Paul was fantastic.

Ray did an amazing job! He was able to quickly resolve the issue with my washer and order a replacement part. He received it in one day and was back the morning after at 9a to fix my washer! The entire process took only a few minutes AND the company provides a warranty on their work. If I have issues with any of my appliances in the future, I will be calling Ray at UltraFix and you should too!

The repair men told me it would take 2 days to replace a condenser fan motor on our LG refrigerator. I spoke to their representative on the phone and was told it would take more than 2 days as they had to wait for the part. A week later I was told they ordered the wrong part. Called again, they said it would take more than 2 days to get the correct part in. Finally, after 2 weeks, they came and replaced the part.

5 months later our refrigerator stopped working again. I called them to ask about coming to fix the same issue and they said they only guarantee their repairs for 3 months.

My husband ordered the part on Amazon for $35 and compared it to the part we had replaced by Ultrafix. Below are the pictures. They very clearly put in the wrong part and charged us for the full price. This motor is so much smaller and could not keep up.

Had an LG drain pump replaced in May ‘24. I informed the repairman I wanted an LG replacement part. He went to the truck and came back with an LG box. Fast forward less than a year later and O have to replace the part again. Removed the part that Ultra Fix placed. It is NOT an LG part. It’s a part that was ordered over Amazon for $20. In removing screws to access the pump, I found that the repairman modified the front by drilling a screw into the door, crooked, that I can’t remove. What an unethical business practice. If a customer requests a brand name replacement part for their appliance, don’t blow smoke by placing cheap after market parts in Brand Name boxes then charge $400 for a $20 part. What’s worse is that Ultrafix offers a 90 day warranty on parts that come with a year warranty from the Amazon supplier. He had also left a mess for me to clean up and shamed me because I have a dog.

I asked real Appliance repair/Dimitri on a very short notice to repair both a fridge and a washer. Dimitri. I was constantly hearing loud sounds from ice buildup in the fridge, and there was a burnt control board and sensor in our washer. Although it was a frustrating time, Dimitri was able to find Replacement parts and address the problem for a reasonable price.

Ross did a great, job and was very professional and thoroughal.

We had a wine cooler that stopped cooling and no other repair shops would take a look at it bc it wasn’t a brand they worked with. Dmitrii came over, assessed the problem and had it working within 2 hours! Very nice and communicative and physically fixed parts that were in the cooler (as opposed to replacing a part like other shops want to do). Would highly recommend.

We had by a problem with our Dryer we called Real appliance Repair and they were very prompt and dispatched their technician in couple of hours. Hey fixed the dryer pretty well and recommended we get someone to clean the ducts connect we to the dryer which we did and now it is working like a charm. Thanks for your quick and professional service will definitely recommend them

It was fairly easy to schedule (all online). There was availability for the same day. Communication was efficient. The technician came right away and was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable compared to a recent experience of a similar nature. I’m really pleased with Real Appliance Repair and would definitely recommend and use them again.

This was an excellent experience. Dmitri showed up within the time frame promised and not only did he repair the problem with my older refrigerator, but also explained and showed me what he was doing. I still had some leaking after it was repaired but was told by office staff to give it a week or so and that should go away. Again, that is exactly what happened. I would not hesitate to use this service in the future.

I used them a couple of years ago for my washer and they came and fixed it the first time. this time Demetri came “fixed” the fridge charge &300 including tax for a temperature sensor and labor plus tax (11.25 %) and then the fridge work for a couple of days, I called them again he came told he need it to change a couple of parts one for $120 and the other one for $180 but the total was going to be $350 because of delivery fee, he came today and change another $45. I just read another review and he did almost the same thing. So I guessed he comes and “fixes” the fridge and charge you but then you have to call them again and they come back and then they charge more. I really hope he really fixed it this time. This company lies and make themselves come twice to fix the fridge in order for them to charge you more.

Real Appliance is always easy to work with. They were able to schedule me for a repairman to come out within 24 hours of me calling. Once there, Dmitry (repair man) is very knowledgeable. He diagnosis the issues and will explain to you everything he is doing and show you the problems. Lastly, price is fair and would recommend anyone looking for Fridge/Freezer repair to use Real Appliance Repair.

Dmitry was on time and very polite. He took his time to diagnose and once parts were available he came back to get it fixed quickly. I was also pleased with the price point. Will definitely use this company again.

Dmitrii has been out to fix my Samsung freezer and ice maker on my older refrigerator. He has gone the extra mile in fixing them both to make sure they are working and running correctly! He is super knowledgeable about what the problem was and fixing it. He is very professional and can’t say enough good things!

My technicians name was Dimitri, he was extremely professional and patient as he explained the process and what needed to be fixed. He completed the job very quickly while providing me with some tips to avoid future issues. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I live alone and having technicians come to the house when I am by myself as a single female isn’t usually my first option but I would highly recommend Dimitri for anyone needing repairs!

My Dryer stopped heating, Dmitrii came over in less than an hour and had my dryer apart, and diagnosed in record time. He had the fuses on hand and was able to replace them without a problem. I was able to get warm clothes again in under 2 hours. Would definitely recommend again. Fantastic work
