I set up service with TechVill Appliance Repair a few months ago, and was impressed with how fast they were able to send out a technician. I really enjoyed and apprecaited, Kyle, the technician who did a great job explaining everything in clearly and getting me setup.

Scam company. Do not use! I booked an appointment for a dryer repair. A tech came out for $130 and “fixed it” by cleaning the lint catch. Which I said wasn’t the issue. “No problem” he says. You can call us anytime in the next 90 days and we will send someone back out at no charge. So the same day, I run my dryer and SURPRISE dryer is still broken. I tried calling back the same day and over and over on repeat for a week. I had someone answer the phone only twice. And both times the answer was “we will check with the tech and get back to you tomorrow.” Tomorrow has come and gone several times with no result. I will be making a complaint to the BBB as this has got to be one of the worst service companies I’ve ever worked with. They take your money and do nothing to fix it.

The manager claimed I would receive a refund after speaking with them, but it’s been almost a month and no refund. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and believe them this time, but my first review still stands. No communication and no follow-through on any customer service promises.

What a difference! I had previously gone through the painful experience of G.E. (*generally expensive) "customer service," dealing with the ungoing disappointment of this Home Depot-purchased GE Profile top loader washing machine. I saw plenty of positive Grimms Appliance Repair. LLC reviews in Nextdoor, so I scheduled them for a diagnostic. They responded and arrived quickly.

Mike did a great installation and was more than reasonable about keeping his end of the bargain when it turned out that our old oven wasn't worth the cost to repair by helping us find a new one. Also Mike was very personable and explained things like relocating the gas valve or modifying it with respect to code and in order to help our new unit fit fully in the space. I'd recommend Grimm Appliances to anyone.

I cannot recommend Grimm appliance,highly enough! Michael has now fixed both our microwave and our dryer, and his service is top-notch. The booking process was incredibly easy, and he arrived right on time. It’s hard to find someone this honest and efficient—he diagnosed the issues quickly and didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary parts.
