Responsive. Reliable. Great service. Highly recommend. Text and email to alert service tech was on the way. Diagnosed on Friday and had to order a part with a promise to return Tuesday. And they did! 😁 It's Tuesday evening, my washing machine is fixed, and I'm catching up on laundry. Bonus - Dimitri moved the dryer back into the laundry room and hooked up the hose/vent back to the wall. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend this company! Dimitri the technician was very professional and patient with my many questions. He was very friendly and fixed my dryer in no time.

EDIT: After this repair from a friendly person (who had to return in the next few days), the dishwasher continued to break down daily. It would just turn off. We ended up deciding to call a different repair company, which found a totally different issue and fixed it.

I was able to get a same-day appointment for our broken dishwasher. Our technician arrived and had it up and running in less than half an hour. He was very friendly and kind. Was this the most economical option? Maybe not, but it was timely and efficient. Thank goodness, because who enjoys washing dishes by hand? (Not this girl.)

Dimitri was nice, and professional. He made certain he explained everything to me and showed the old part that needed replacement..He makes sure that you understand he is doing honest work.

He was also fast with his diagnosis and repair, which was done in the same visit.

I would summarize Real Appliance Repair service as efficient and non-disruptive (to our home).

The repair tech arrived within the allotted window and, within a half hour, diagnosed the problem with our dryer and provided a repair quote and estimated (which turned out to be specific) day for the repair.

Three days later, after receiving the part that needed to be order (the motor), the repair tech returned (again, within the stated window) and installed and tested operation of the dryer with the new motor. Dryer sounds and operates as new!

Excellent service by Real Appliance Repair and, as important, excellent work by the repair tech!

Easy to schedule. On time for appointment. Good communication. Would recommend.

Wonderful experience. Dmitrii was able to get me in same day, was communicative in diagnosing what was wrong with my dishwasher. He replaced the part immediately and ensured I understood & approved the cost. He was professional and efficient. I will definitely use them again!

Ross was so wonderful! He was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose, fully clean and put back together my washer! And then came back AFTER HOURS the same day with the needed part to fix it! I wasn’t expecting the same day, much less after hours! I will definitely use Real Appliance Repair again! We had an odd experience with Real Appliance Repair. After a diagnostic in which the technician barely touched the washer, we were quoted $400 for a repair and given his personal card with a different company name on it. I was able to source OEM parts from a reputable supplier for $50, so not sure if their supplier is overcharging them or they HIGHLY value their technicians. In any case, I don't think we'll use them again.

*Edit:* do also note that after I posted this, I received text messages and a call asking me to delete the review in exchange for money. In other words, I would not trust the reviews here.

I recently had Real Appliance Repair install our new cooktop, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. They were right on time, which is always appreciated. Dimitrii (the technician) was an absolute pleasure to work with — super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got the job done incredibly fast without cutting any corners, and the new cooktop looks perfect in our kitchen. Repairman came out two weeks ago to fix stove. Had to check with office to get part. Called once a few days later and said still looking.Ive left numerous messages and voicemails. No call back. Called this morning and rep said he’d call back in two hours. Never did. Guess my service call fee is a waste.

We were in a pinch and needed our oven repaired. Cameron, the technician, was professional and respectful of our property. We're very appreciative of the folks at TechVill.
