Awesome service by Dmitriy! This is my first experience with any appliance repair. I booked online and got a confirmation within minutes. A 2 hr window was provided and he showed up right exactly on time. Very professional and showed me exactly what was wrong! Replaced the part, and thoroughly cleaned up machine of years of lint!! Same day service!!! Highly recommend!

The two stars is for communication. The service call was fine, and I don’t know if the machine is working as I’m not able to test it myself. And based on the reviews here, I would assume that it's working well.

A woman usually answers the phone and isn’t all that friendly. I’m not sure she totally understands what I’m asking or saying. I am a native english speaker, and if you can't tell from this review, I have a good grasp of how to communicate.

They needed to order a part. I hadn’t heard anything in a week so I called to check in. The woman said they were getting the part on Thursday and would schedule it when it came in. I got multiple emails about a scheduled service call—one that I did not approve as they didn't call me to ask if that day and time worked for me. I emailed them, saying I was confused, and why did they schedule something when we were still waiting on the part? No response. I got another email saying the service had been completed today. What??

So I called and spoke to a man with a heavy accent, that I really had a hard time communicating with. So he said he would check a few things and call me back. The woman called me back and we shared that their process and communication did not work and was not okay.

They had not received my email. The email that’s clearly stated on their email notifying me of my scheduled service date. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Something is broken on their end, clearly.

I wouldn’t use them again, not because of the work provided but because the communication is very poor. As a landlord, I can’t have service people show up to an occupied furnished rental without being able to notify my guests. If I were a homeowner, it would probably have been fine, but I probably still would not have been happy with the communication. Communication IS important, period. And if you messed up, then own it, don't just blame it on your tech, cause even that is your responsibility. I work with other service providers who have figured it out. It's not that hard to call people and follow up.

Dmitrii came out twice to repair my old Maytag washer. Both times he arrived early. He is very professional, quiet and a courteous worker. I felt comfortable with him in my house. I would definitely recommend him as a repairman to my friends and clients.

I've worked with Frank and Olen and both were extremely kind and professional! They took the time to explain things to me, arrived promptly, and explained the repairs for me. Olen helped investigate a leak coming from a neighbor's house and took the time to speak to my neighbor's plumber and draft a report that had plenty of pictures and explanations to use moving forward. I will always call Real Appliance Repair for my plumbing needs!

Demetri was on time and identified the issue within 15 minutes. He had the parts and was able to make the repair quickly. He cleaned the workspace very well and showed the work.

Price was very competitive. Definitely will use again when needed!

Arrived ontime and fixed my washer. They fixed dryer few months ago and same experience.

Dimitri did an excellent job repairing both the stove top and oven. He is always proficient and expert in his work. We have used him several times. Above all, I added a new problem to his list, and he was able to repair that before he left. I cannot give a higher recommendation!

We have been through numerous companies and technicians working on our coolers, AC’s, walk-in’s, etc…. Nobody has even come close to Real Appliance and specifically our technician Dimitri. They’re very easy to work with, very affordable, but most importantly: they actually get our stuff working properly. No BS. Could not recommended them more highly.

Great overall service experience. When I called, they were able to quickly come address my refrigerator water/ice dispenser issue. They had to order a replacement part but were able to receive it and come replace it the next day. Very quick response and great quality of service!

Excellent service! I always try to support small and local companies in my area, and this one turned out to be top notch. I requested a quote for repairing my gas range, after the technician arrived on time he found out that the issue was exactly what he suspected over the phone (bad igniter). My oven now is working back again and I know who to call if I have problems with any appliance in my house, and they are budget friendly as well.

The appointment was very easy to book online and they had a next day available. Dmitrii was my technician and showed up during the appointment window. He was very nice and explained what he was doing to repair my freezer. The fix did not take long! I highly recommend Real Appliance!

I must say, today was probably the best provider/contractor experience that we’ve ever had. Our microwave was coming on when the door was opened. I called and had a technician here in about 20 minutes. He got immediately to work and had the repair completed in under 30 minutes. I feel the pricing was very fair and the service was outstanding! I highly recommend.

Dimitri did an excellent job! Diagnosed and fixed the heating element in my dryer in the same visit. He was incredibly respectful, hard-working and communicative. In total, my invoice was about $330, which I felt was very fair for the job.
