Rick Neely saved our Christmas lights several years ago by replacing our GFCI outlet in our garage, and yesterday he saved our heater by replacing the breaker! Every time we've needed him, it was NOT an "emergency", but Rick has come out the same day I call him! He is always super friendly, communicates very well, and arrives right when he says he will. He is extremely professional and has us up and running in about 5 minutes! Maybe less! Yesterday, we weren't immediately sure the breaker was the only issue with the heater, and Rick checked in with me several times throughout the day to make sure it was functioning and we didn't need further assistance before today's very cold temps arrived. I very highly recommend him and will ONLY use him for any future electrical needs!!

This company is illegitimate -- beware! They're supposed to be available for services, but after the get you signed up for their plan, they don't follow through. When I called for services after the first visit, they had no openings with anyone in the area. When I asked for a refund, I was assured that I would be canceled out and refunded, but now, nearly a year later, I got an auto-renewal message. This shows that not only was my account never canceled out, I'm still missing my money. Because of the auto-renewal message, I called again today to truly get cancelled and refunded. I was told I'd be canceled, but seeing as it wasn't done last time, I don't have high confidence, and when I raised the refund, I was ignored. The line went silent. If I am charged again from your company, I will be seeking legal counsel.

Just moved into a new town home. Electrical done by Lanehart. Circuit breakers keep tripping. Not at all satisfied with electrical work. Called to check on service call scheduled for today. Person very impatient and not helpful. Poor electrical work, poor customer service. Would not recommend this company.

This company refuses to do warranty work on our house. We have had 3 home inspectirs and 1 building insoector say that we have an issue, but this compNy won't even check their work.

Lanehart is the original contractor that did all the electric work in our townhouse complex when it was built several years back. We have purchased a tread mill. When ever we turn it on it trips the breaker. We called Lanehart, they sent a guy out. We were told that they had some problems with the kind of breakers that were used several years back. He change out all 7 of the protected breakers with new ones.
There was no charge. He said that they could send them back to the manufacturer for credit. The service tech was really knowledgeable and personable.
My only complaint was that they had to cancel on the day we had scheduled. They did however come out the next day.

Brady and Dillion did great work. I was having frequent issues with my wiring, as the tripper kept tripping. They managed to identify the root cause and fixed it efficiently. I appreciate their help. They were professional and also did a good job of explaining exactly what they changed.

We have a new home and Lanehart Electric is under our warranty. We had a weird issue occur with our GFCI outlets and they were quick to help! They took care of us and got the issue resolved quickly. I really appreciate how they were willing to squeeze us in right before a big holiday. We will definitely use them again in the future!

These guys used aluminum wiring for an outlet they knew was for an EV charger. When asked to come out to inspect a burning smell and power trips, their only finding was too big of aluminum wiring was used. I had to hire a different electrician to come out and fix this before my house caught fire. Lanehart had also used an insufficient panel that had been part of recalls in past years.

Stellar. Diagnosed all the error codes and quickly addressed the issues and tuned everything up. Running better than ever. Thanks to Dante in particular!

I contacted Solar Services to get my solar panels commissioned. They were quick to respond and set up a date to come out and do the service. The technician did his work and even explained and showed me how the solar panels worked since I had no knowledge of anything relating the solar panels system. Easy to work with and very nice technician (Dante).

Couldn't be happier with the service. Texted updates on arrival times included a photo of the technician. Dante, the service technician, arrived on time, explained in detail what the process was to troubleshoot the issue. The replacement parts came in less than a week and installed within a day of arrival. I would absolutely recommend Solar Service and Dante!
