Cleaner called at last minute and said she couldn't find a parking spot and didn't want to waste gas looking for one then canceled. She was extremely rude. I don't remember having a worse experience with any other company ever.

Swept was a simple and easy service for me. Their operation was very professional and they made me feel very comfortable about leaving my place to them. I would highly recommend it and I look forward to having them at my home again soon!

I would not recommend using SWEPT. They didn't even clean the fans in my old house. Didn't even clean the refrigerator and freezer. I also booked them three weeks in advance, and just three days before the clean, they texted me saying we do not have the staff anymore to cover your scheduled cleaning. It was a huge mess and I will never use SWEPT again.
