Booking process was really easy - and the response speed was great.

We booked the deep clean service and thought it was pretty good. We don't typically get cleaners, so I don't have anything to compare against, but our house feels very clean. That said, there were a few open areas I was surprised to notice had been missed (e.g., under the office table, areas between an open door and the wall, under the dining table, outside of the AC intake vent) so I rate the service 4 stars.

The team at Boardwalk has been our trusted cleaner for years. They always do a truly impeccable job - more than once I have almost walked straight through my shower slider because it’s so crystal clear after they’ve been by! Their attention to detail, care and patience with our admittedly crazy dogs, and general kindness of their whole team are some of the reasons we have stuck with them for so long. We are sad we cannot bring them with us on our move to Dallas but we wish them all the best of luck!

I used Boardwalk Cleaning Co. for a move out cleaning. The two ladies did an amazing job. In fact, the landlord's listing agent asked me who I hired to clean, because she was very impressed and had never seen a rental house that clean before!

WOW!! It's been over two years since my last spring or deep clean and I couldn't be happier. These folks cleaned lamps shades, ceiling fans, scoured my stove, cleaned cat hair off my couches, removed hardware buildup around sinks, cleaned baseboards, shutters, window sills, around the fireplace and more. My entire home is sparkling and they used such light clean scented cleaning products. Boardwalk is my new go to and I wanted to thank the ladies who cleaned our home they worked for 8 hours straight and I had to encourage them to take a break.

We got the move-out cleaning, and it looked absolutely spotless once they were finished. Let's be honest, between the kids and the golden retriever, the house was in awful condition. They did an immaculate job. I was truly stunned. Our toilet was gross from a plumbing issue, and they cleaned it all out. They swept out dirty garage out, disinfected and polished everything, vaccuumed, swept, mopped, dusted, cleaned baseboards, microwave, oven, just everything. The woman I spoke to on the phone named Ginger (I believe she was the manager) seriously gave the best customer service I've ever had. She treated me with the utmost respect. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was actually really inexpensive too! I was very surprised with the low cost, especially after seeing the job done. Endless thanks to y'all.

I was moving out of my house, and needed to have it thoroughly cleaned. Austin Maid Service was really great through this process for many reasons. First, they were very responsive, friendly, and helpful via email. It was easy to set up the appointment, and they called to confirm everything in a timely manner. The cleaners themselves were really nice, thorough, and did a really good job.

I'm so glad we utilized Austin's Maid Service for a 'move-out clean' of our old apartment. She did a wonderful job! She was very thorough and the place smelled great too. I can't believe she was able to get the carpet as clean as she did. We were able to focus on moving in to our new space instead of stressing over cleaning the old.

The person who provided our apartment move-out cleaning arrived just a little after the scheduled time, but I always give people a 15 minute window due to living in a gated apartment complex, so no issue with that as far as I'm concerned. Ms. Castillo took approximately two hours, the expected amount of time for our size apartment. She was very pleasant. I would have given Austin's Maid Service 5 stars, except for the oven not appearing to be cleaned out. The stovetop was spic and span, but when I opened the oven I noticed a few spilled burn residue still on the bottom of the oven. I didn't say anything mainly because I was pressed for time and felt the stains weren't that significant. I figured if the apt people made an issue of it I would have told them to deduct it from my deposit. Everything else, fridge/freezer were spotless. I would use their services again and would highly recommend Austin Maid Services based off my experience with them. And the price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received from other cleaning services. Two thumbs up from me!!!

I have been using Austin’s Maid service for about 2 years for biweekly cleans. They’re great — efficient, good service, and very easy to schedule and modify via phone or text. They send the same cleaner for every appointment, so she knows my house and preferences. Very happy with them.

Austin's Maid Service is amazing! The customer service is wonderful! They are easy to schedule with and the cleaning is amazing! I have called last minute and they still are able to fit me in. I have been so happy with the sweet ladies that come out. They are friendly, professional, and consistent. They are always early and so happy to help when I add small little things. This is a excellent cleaning service and I am so thankful for them!

Very impressed with the move-out cleaning my apartment received! Austin's Maid service did a thorough job cleaning my entire apartment from floor to ceiling! They also have very competitive prices and I was able to schedule them with just a few days notice. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a maid service!

I needed a “move-out” clean for a property that was being rented by a dog owner, and boy did this team nail it! Even our Realtor, who has used a different cleaning company for years, said our home looked amazing.

No problems with arrival time or missed areas. And great communication from the admin team. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Had a good first experience however several things that shouldn't have been missed were. (Shower wasn't cleaned in 2 bathrooms). Overall the ladies did a great job. Would be five stars if they hadn't missed a few things.

I have been getting my house cleaned once every two weeks, and Austin’s maid service did an amazing job. They follow up the with the special Instructions that I leave. I really reccomend going for their services.

I have scheduled an appointment today with Austin’s maid service team for my apartment move-out cleaning. I was utterly disappointed with the way the job was done. Very poor work, I never write any reviews or vent anger on businesses in the public forums as that would impact their business, but I felt this needed to go out. I was told the whole job will take approximately 3-4 hours at the time of appointment, but in less than 2 hours the person told it was done. If someone is very effective and efficient they can do it quickly or if the work was done in poor way they can wrap it up quickly. In this case it is the later one. On the website they have published check list of items that will be done for move-out cleaning, not even 70% of those tasks are done. Definitely not going here again!

I used this company a couple of weeks ago to schedule a move out cleaning when I moved from my apartment. I was SO impressed with everyone in the company. From the person that I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment, the email reminders and calendar invites to make sure the appointment was in the books, to the cleaning person who was on time and did a FANTASTIC job. And it was all for the best price I could find. I will definitely be using them again!
