Great job! One or two things were missed like the coffee press but we are very pleased.

Amazing service! They were able to deep clean my 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home in 2 hours, including floor boards and windows. I am totally satisfied!

My family has been using Austin’s Maid Service since 2016. Ginger & her crew are nice & I appreciate that they have cleaned my house well for so long. I have never had a problem with them. My house is sparkling clean. Give Ginger a call!!

Easy enough to get setup and pleasant enough on the phone. Cleaners have shown up on time.

However. After my initial clean I noticed a few things that were missed. Some things not dusted, vent not cleaned. The baseboards were not cleaned, even though they were supposed to be, but I also wasn’t charged for them, so I let that go. But I was overall happy and responded to Ginger’s automated followup email letting them know what was missed and told them to not worry about coming back out and to just get it next time. And tipped. No response.

Next time comes around and the same things are missed. The same half of a lamp isn’t dusted. Tops of cabinets. Lights. Exact same stuff. Plus a cobweb has appeared between the kitchen base cabinet and floor. And a cobweb on my fan, so I guarantee those weren’t cleaned.

On top of that, the note I wrote to the cleaner was ignored and thrown away, with none of the 5 simple instructions followed, except for one (telling her that the bedsheets were in the dryer). Things I explicitly said to not throw away were put in the trash, and my trash was left in my exterior hallway. Which could have gotten me a fine. But at least since they were left in the hall, instead of the trash chute I provided a map to, I was able to see something on the top that was not supposed to be thrown away. Now I’m having to dig in the trash, just in case. Cool. Not to mention, she was only there for half the time she was paid for, so it’s not like she was taking initiative folding my clothes or cleaning the fridge or something. Nope, just left after doing a mediocre job. Now I’m annoyed.

I once again respond to the automated followup message, with photos of the spaces. No response, so I email Sydnie to make sure they got the previous feedback. They did not. Ok, technical issues happen. So I sent it to her directly. She schedules someone else to come by to fulfill their satisfaction guarantee and I send her photos of some of the problem areas.

None of the issues were fixed! Not even the spiderweb. Someone did come by, and they mopped/swept/something like that and lazily dusted a few areas, but none were the ones I mentioned.

Really appreciated the service provided by Austin's Maid Service. They arrived on time, and did a great job cleaning the areas of my apartment that I needed. Really liked that I was able to book next day service when I called. Will definitely be using them again!

Scheduling was easy and pricing is transparent. The cleaners did a phenomenal and thorough job on the deep clean. I had this scheduled for my elderly in-laws and they said that the cleaners were efficient, polite and that the house has never looked better! I loved my house cleaner from Austin Maid Service. She was always on time and did a thorough job. I tidied my home so they could get to the spaces with ease and she always put pack my things more organized than I had left them. The beds, towels, and bathmats were always so neatly displayed. It's little details like that that make this service top tier for me.

I requested a hard pair with my cleaner Augustina. She always did a wonderful job. I recently moved and have recommended her to all my friends. Since I moved out of state I have gone through a few cleaner trials and no one else has compared.

My experience with cleaning services in the city of Austin is that there are all varying degrees of price and quality. By far, the best quality at the best price can be found at Austin's Maid Service. I used their service regularly for a few years and recently hired the team to do move out clean on my home. So pleased with the attention to detail and professionalism! Thank you for being a business I can rely on.

Sparkly Maid Austin was fantastic! They have excellent communication and customer service, Elisse made the process very easy and I was able to book quickly and efficiently. Melani helped me with a move- out cleaning for my old apartment over the summer and made the place shine like new again, and then I had a great experience with her in my new home! The house was spotless and made everything look and smell so good. I look forward to continuing to use this business and would recommend!

We contracted them in advance to come clean on Saturday. Received an email confirmation. The time had passed and they had not shown up. When I called they said i had changed the date for two weeks in the future. That is a blatant lie. I have a broken hand and needed help that day. She insisted I messed up on my dates. So I cancelled them. They later called back and asked if they could send someone later in the afternoon. I had requested that the person be able to communicate in English and they said she was only fluent in Spanish. So I wrote down a list of what I wanted done and sent in email. They rescheduled for 3:00.
then they said she was running late and it would be 4:00. Then a new confirmation email came that DOUBLED the original amount of the charge to almost $500.00 for a 2/bedroom apartment. So I cancelled for the last time. Worst customer service ever. And a wasted day.

They did an amazing job with our move out cleaning. Some areas I was sure they wouldn't be able to get clean and they did it! The floors looked almost better than when we bought the place and everything was left as clean as possible. The communication was also incredible, especially when one of our ceiling fans came loose and was hanging by 2 wires! They contacted me asking if I wanted it left as is or taken down. I'm so glad no one was hurt.
I would definitely recommend them for a close out deep clean.
