All the staff, including Katie, are very responsive, courteous, and kind. We had to reschedule three times due to illnesses running through our home and it was never an annoyance to Absolute Carpet & Tile. The technicians, Jeremy & Kyle, communicated via text when they were en route. Both are very friendly, informative, work hard & fast, and explained the process & materials being used before starting. The products used are safe for kids & pets which is a must for our home!

Jeremy and Kyle did an excellent job. Carpet cleaned in 2 bedrooms and tile cleaning in bath and hallway. It looks great and so clean. They were respectful of my home and took care not to leave any messes. Friendly and professional and at a reasonable price!

From requesting a quote to getting the job(s) done, Jeremy and his team at Absolute Carpet & Tile were beyond fantastic. Communication was easy, response time was super quick, and everyone was very professional. We have 3 dogs and 2 indoor cats yet after the air ducts, hardwood floors, carpets, area rug, and tile were cleaned you would never know! Our house looked and smelled great! I would highly recommend Absolute to anyone :)

I hired Absolute Carpet and Tile to clean two rooms with carpet in my apartment, as a move out requirement. I called them on a Monday and they were at my apartment on Friday. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Hired them again to clean two bedrooms with carpet in my house and they were fast and efficient again! The two gentlemen that came were so nice and thorough. I wish I would have take before/after pics of the carpet in my house. Between 3 dogs and a toddler, the carpet definitely had seen better days before it got cleaned. Thanks for making this an easy and affordable process! Will definitely continue to use you in the future.

Jeremy and Kyle did the most amazing job on our carpet, tiles and grout!!! They got stains up that I had been trying to get up for years! I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!!

Absolute Carpet and Tile were wonderful to work with!! From the moment I reached out and spoke to Katie describing the needs of our Aikido dojo(Aikido of Austin), she was very understanding and booked an in-person estimate with Kyle and Jeremy. There was constant communication leading up to the estimate as well as follow-up afterward. It was great to learn that they are family business and even trained in martial arts before, making them sensitive to the needs of our members. The quote was reasonable, and their care and dedication was evident throughout the process. We use a stretched canvas mat that is about 780 square feet for our training surface. They were able to steam clean and handle the job with great results. Thank you again, and we highly recommend!

AC&T has matched and in some cases exceeded our needs by promptly taking care of house maintenance 101. Just yesterday I made an inquiry call to get an estimate for cleaning rugs and lint vacuuming and voila by 11:30 Pm today my kitchen grouts are cleaned, my ducts are vacuumed, my carpet looks as good as new and dryer lint has been taken care of - all this while my wife and I were swamped with work and always eager to help toddler jumping around.

I am definitely going to recommend them as these days it’s hard to find a business that’s doing well in the Yelp world and also google.

Absolute Carpet & Tile were absolutely amazing. An entire jug of laundry detergent spilled on my carpet and completely saturated it. The smell was so strong you couldn't stand in the room. The team that came were cordial, professional, got in and got to work. They didn't waste time and they addressed the problem. They also looked out for the well being of my carpet. When it became clear the deep spill was stubborn, and may result in carpet damage, they stopped and returned another day when the deep set detergent had a chance to spread and thin out again with the top layer removed. The 2nd attempt was a success. Their pricing was also very favorable, especially when having to come back for a 2nd round. This will be my go-to team for future carpet work. Also, based on their work, I will be calling them first for any tile/grout work I may need in the future.

I received a notice 30 minutes ahead as requested. The crew was on time, communicated great, friendly and professional. I had the carpet at loft and stairs cleaned. They jumped right on it and got it done quick. The carpet looks great. ‘Will call them again when needed.

Kyle met me on time and was very professional. He pointed out some past water leak damage as well as brought our rental property carpet back to life. I recommend their company and will call them back again.Katie was very helpful and attentive in returning my calls and texts. Great team!

Kyle was my technician and his professionalism was evident from our first communication. He stretched my wrinkled carpets and cleaned them. He also cleaned the tile in my kitchen and bathrooms. Kyle was considerate about protecting my home as he worked and was knowledgeable about his trade. My floors look great, and I highly recommend this company!

Jeremy and Kyle are phenomenal. We have used them in 2 different houses to clean everything from specialty tile, to carpets and couches. Kyle and Jeremy were such a pleasure to work with! This is my second time having Kyle come to my home and my first time meeting Jeremy. The first time Kyle came to my home was to clean my carpet and this time Kyle and Jeremy came to clean my sectional couch and the area carpet beneath it.
