The results of Jeremy and his team's work were immediately apparent. Our carpets looked brighter & cleaner. They were even able to get some stubborn stains out. The stretching had eliminated all the imperfections, creating a smooth surface. Plus it was a super quick turn around from initial contact to completion.

Not to happy with the work, lots of stains left, cleaned in less than 30 min, looks like they just ran it over, some spots were wet and some were dry. Lots of spots remaining.

Jeremy was courteous, detail oriented, gave a thorough explanation of what he was doing and why. He made my carpets look like new! And I can’t say enough about how fabulous the grout lines in my tile floors look. Absolutely incredible! Absolute Carpet and Tile came to do our carpets and went above and beyond! From setting up the appointment, to having my carpets cleaned, every step was very professional and easy. My kids had gum, melted skittles, soda and Lord knows what else spilled and stuck to carpet.... and now they look brand new. I am so happy with the service and definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

Really disappointing experience with absolute. They took everything out the closets threw it in the bathroom and left. It takes a few minutes to put things back and leave a great impression. Why rush and half ass the job and leave a bad impression? There response when I brought it up was “sorry we cant help but good luck putting stuff back”.

Jeremy did an excellent job…arrived at the appointed time and completed the job efficiently. He cleaned my bedroom carpets (including some blood stains) as well as bathroom tile floors. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if the need arises.
