Really appreciate the work of Jeremy & Katie at Absolute Carpet & Tile. They have been my go to for this service. Jeremy is on time, professional & courteous and knows pretty much everything about carpets and the cleaning process. Highly recommend Absolute Carpet & Tile.

Jeremy came out to clean our carpets and I honestly can’t say enough good things. Not only was he professional and friendly, but the carpets look amazing—like brand new! The technicians in this company have always been very open and honest with what works and what doesn’t work. I appreciate how the set expectations with each room and the ability to get it perfectly clean. I am a very difficult customer with type A personality with a bit of OCD, yet they work with me wonderfully. Highly recommend anybody work with them as you will always have an amazing experience.

I got my entire home’s carpet cleaned plus area rug with enzyme treatment. Couldn’t be happier. Like many customer do, I did some shopping around before I ultimately chose Absolute due to their communication and transparency from the beginning. So glad I chose them over the competition. Katie was extremely kind and professional when going through the treatments that I needed. I was able to schedule my cleaning in less than a week from when I started looking. Not only were their prices reasonable, the work was thorough and left my home feeling like new! Not to mention I have four dogs, Jeremy worked on all the areas including problem areas with a satisfaction guaranteed. You couldn’t even tell I have indoor pets after the cleaning!

Be wary of the competition, especially those who will not quote you over the phone and send someone that day to do a quote. I was quoted for the same service from another company for $1600. They were extremely pushy and although their services seem good and they have good reviews, I couldn’t see myself spending that much. That said company is still pestering me about the quote they did last week. Other big named companies will be around the same price point, but you don’t get the quality and care that you would with Absolute Carpet & Tile.

I will be utilizing their services again, and recommend to anyone looking for quality service from a family owned business. Thank you so much, Jeremy and Katie, for bringing my carpets back to life!

I shopped around multiple places. I chose this bcz it was reasonable pricing, family owned small scale business. Not like a business where you call the office and they can’t tell you any estimate. Katie in office clearly articulated the treatments/services and gave a reasonable pricing.
Jeremy did our service. Very experienced guy, did the job exceptionally well - had 2 dirty black spots, it’s all gone. We would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Absolute Carpet & Tile. I was out of town and subletting my place when the tenant reported a smoke smell—even though no one who has lived there smokes. Since I couldn’t be there to investigate myself, I started calling around and honestly got extremely lucky that I found Katie & Jeremy first.

Katie was incredibly helpful on the phone and gave thoughtful, practical advice right away. Between them, they have over 20 years of experience cleaning and managing properties, and it really shows. Jeremy came out the very next morning, called me from the property, and walked me through what he was noticing. It’s an older building, and was determined the smell was actually just the air, a mild musty odor—not smoke. Instead of pushing unnecessary cleaning, they recommended a simple charcoal solution to address it. Jeremy even picked it up and took care of it for me.

The issue was resolved quickly, the tenant was happy, and I saved money because they were honest and didn’t upsell work that wasn’t needed. Experienced, responsive, and trustworthy. I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you, Katie & Jeremy!

Absolute Carpet & Tile did an excellent job cleaning our couch and loveseat. Both pieces look refreshed, well-treated, and noticeably brighter.
