This was my 1st time using Sparkly Maid and I am very impressed. I would highly recommend them as well!
They did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. I have used other local cleaning companies in the past where they have been way more expensive, and haven’t done nearly the cleaning job Sparkly Maid just did. I will absolutely utilize them again!

The cleaning service was excellent! The maid did a great job from start to finish — all the dust was wiped away, the bathrooms looked spotless with the toilets scrubbed and scum completely gone, and the sink was left sparkling. Even small touches stood out, like the polished coffee table that looked brand new. Everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I used Sparkly Maids for the first time last week & the woman they sent was such a kind soul and a very hard worker! I look forward to booking her specifically again! I paid the extra amount for the deep clean and it was worth it. This company also has excellent communication and kept me in the loop throughout the process. 10/10 recommend!!

Amazing! After several bad experiences with other companies, I can definitely say that this service is the best I have found in the Austin area. They are super communicative throughout the entire booking and cleaning process. Lorena did an amazing job cleaning my house. It was spotless. She also did a walkthrough at the end to make sure I was satisfied with every area. Even the places that could easily be missed she got. She was very professional and nice. It was obvious that she was trained very well and was experienced…which is important. I have a marble bathroom, which is sensitive to certain cleaners and has been destroyed by other cleaning companies, and she used the exact right products and cleaned it very well. I would highly recommend Sparkly Maid to anyone in the area looking for cleaners they can trust. I don’t think they are the cheapest out there but definitely worth the extra money.

This was our first experience with a cleaning company. We wanted someone to come in and do a deep clean of our apartment and it turned out amazing!! We had Ruth as our cleaner and she was so sweet and did a wonderful job!! We have 2 kitties at home and they also seemed to love Ruth!! We will be booking again soon! I also love that there is a number that you can text to communicate with the cleaning service which makes everything so easy.

I got the premium cleaning after hosting a Halloween party, they did a fantastic job. I asked for same day service and they were able to accommodate. The cleaner showed up on time and worked quickly and thoroughly! 10/10, I would use them again in the future.

The service was spectacular and so detailed! You can tell that they care about the work they do, the homes they enter, and the customers they service. The team was very communicative leading up to service day, during, and after. They came prepared and you could tell had a game plan after I showed the layout and areas/needs for cleaning. They were very communicative about what to expect, how to pay, and in making sure the needs of the service were correct. You can add more extensive cleaning if you wish. She was very timely, took her time cleaning everything and did a great job! I would use them again and highly recommend.

I recently hired Sparkly Maid for a post-renovation deep clean after we repainted the entire interior of our home while living in it. Every surface—from ceiling fans to floors—was covered in a fine layer of dust, and the floors were extremely dirty from a week of painting crews inside. I honestly wasn’t sure it was even possible to get the house back to normal.

The deep cleaning service exceeded every expectation. The staff member who cleaned our home did a phenomenal job—every surface, window, fan, and floor is now sparkling clean. It looks and feels like a completely refreshed home again. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the price was very fair given the level of effort required.

The only thing that I haven’t liked is the way homes are priced, it seems really random. I wish there was a better way to scale pricing like having someone come in and see the space then give a quote. I don’t want to underpay her for her hard work and beautiful services so I always add gratuity just to be safe. Highly recommend!
