Strata has been my landscaper at Austin Oaks for close to 5 years now. We have a large campus and they have done a fantastic job with weekly maintenance as well as specialty upgrade projects over the year. Project Management has always been on point and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone considering a serious and meticulous landscaping vendor.

Strata planned and installed our entire landscape after a house renovation in 2013 and have taken care of the yard for the last 11 years. They are easy to work with, responsive and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend Tyler, Mark and all of their crews.

We have used Strata for 5 multifamily properties we own, ranging from 150 - 350 units. We keep going back to them because they are attentive, can scale, and help us value engineer our project to fit our investment objectives. Strata planned and installed my yard originally but I didn't use their maintenance initially. Now I use their maintenance and that has made all the difference. My yard always looks great. I am currently planning another project with them - they are so easy to work with. Tyler with Strata Landscape prepared the landscape master plan for our property over 9 years ago and has been an amazing partner since the beginning. Strata has handled the multiple phases of landscaping with each addition to our property (pool, guest house, etc), as well as several large replacement projects due to multiple freezes, and also takes care of our landscaping maintenance, and they have always done a great job. Recently, we hired them to work in a historical home which they did an excellent job! They also added some stairs leading to this home and they are so lovely. I highly recommend Strata. We visited a friend in Austin who recently had their property's landscape redone by Strata. We were impressed; checked out Strata's website and loved what we saw. When we got the itch to redo our property in California we reached out to the Strata team, knowing full well that they couldn't do our install. They took our site plan and created a full color mock up design of our ideal lanscape/hardscape calling out a lot of Cali native plants that we absolutely love. We found a local contractor and executed Strata's design. We're over the moon with our swanky cool Austin styled back yard in Oakland. Thanks again Strata.
