Great people and good services!

MaasVerde built an artisanal stone wall along my property - and raised and leveled my yard to the top of the wall. They did an incredible job that gets complimented all the time!

Ted and his exceptional crew designed and installed a modern, steel-edged limestone patio at my new home. The topography of my lot, a very large live oak tree, and runoff from my neighbor’s home created significant drainage problems that were mitigated with rain gardens and an ephemeral creek along side the patio. The design directs water away from my home during larger rain events while encouraging rain to be absorbed by the surrounding landscape and not lost to the storm sewer. The end result is function, sustainable, and beautiful. I can’t recommend MaasVerde enough.

We want to personally thank Ted and his crew for the full restoration of a 20 yr old water feature (stream and pond carved into natural rock). This effort afforded many challenges that the team was able to address and ultimately overcome. Ted and his staff are highly committed to doing the job right and to the customer’s satisfaction. Maas Verde came highly recommended by a close friend and we’re grateful for that connection and the subsequent results.

Ted and the Maas Verde team did the stone wall renovation at the building where I work on 6th Street in Austin and the work is really high quality as you can see from the photos. I watch this wall get built and I could see the care that went into every step of that process. It's very much made with local Stone but it's like modern while still a little traditional I think they are really skilled team for landscaping and stonework

Marcos and his family do exceptional work. They showed up at 7am ( right on time) and worked tirelessly up until noon. They had to do some very labor-intensive "rock" work and mulched and planted some beautiful flowers. Marcos knows exactly what to do in terms of design and followed my requests exactly. Sullivan Landscaping prepared 4 beds, placed pavestone, removed dead plants, planted sod, replaced broken cement blocks covering portions of the back yard and cleaned up dead debris, leaves, branches. THey were efficient and thorough. Each time they left they would blow the area and leave it clean and presentable. There were weather delays and the staff emailed us diligently and kept us posted. The workers were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this hardworking crew and company for any of your landscaping needs.

We have used Sullivan's for years. We have used them to solve the problem of flooding in our yard. Ryan installed a French drain, and landscaped around it. It is beautiful and has solved our problem. They also do our regular lawn service. They are responsive and friendly. Love them!

Sullivan's has been our go-to lawn service for awhile now. They are reliable, hard working, and customer oriented. I always set out a cooler with drinks and munchies if they have to work in awfully hot temps. I really like the work Sullivan's does!

Sullivan's just finished a large job for me and these guys are awesome! They trimmed all my trees and laid new sod in both my front and back yards. It was alot of work in the heat and these guys worked their butts off! I'm very happy with the results and will definitely recommend them for any landscaping or yard work you need. Thanks to the crew and Vickie for helping me out and making my yard look fantastic! Ya'll are the best!

I became associated with Sullivan's several years ago. I took a chance with Ryan Sullivan because I think he was just starting out. His routine services were very good - ie, grass cutting, trimming, clean-up.

This time it was more extensive. Besides shrubbery trimming, Sullivan's did some major work in the front & back yards which included metal borders along the shrubbery on both sides of the house to keep mulch in & grass out.

The biggest thing they did was repair a stone sidewalk along the back of the house. The sidewalk was cracked in several places & had become a tripping hazard. They fixed it and the sidewalk looks almost brand new.

I would recommend Sullivan's for any landscaping or lawn service.

We've been long-time customers with Sullivan Landscaping, and the quality of their work was average to average minus. Sometimes our lawn looked better after their crew's visit, and sometimes not so good. We've stayed on, nevertheless, because I realized that apparently, this is not so easy to find a good quality, reliable lawn service company in Austin. However, their last service visit turned into a disaster and ended with our front yard phone cable being cut, and our sprinkler system damaged and needing a repair. I knew about the cable problem because they at least honestly told me they've cut it. Not so with the sprinkler system. We've learned about the problem when we could hear the water spraying everywhere against the house the next time it turned on automatically. We had some logistical problems to get on our sprinkler system guy's schedule, and had him over a couple of days ago (it took a while from the day the system was damaged till the check-up because of his busy schedule). We had him check the entire system and replace the damaged heads. When I emailed the paid invoice to Sullivan and asked for reimbursement, I didn't get as much as an email or a phone call back. Nothing! I had to follow up on my email by calling them the next day just to have an extremely unpleasant and offensive conversations with Natalie, and then Lisa. Both ladies had raised suspicions that the damage has nothing to do with them and that we, basically, are trying to pin it on them and have them pay for it. Great! Just what I wanted to hear. Lisa then went on saying that they cannot pay what we've been charged, but they are willing to repay us for the replacement head. When I asked how much it would be, she said '$9' credited to my account (!!!). WHAT? $9 refund on a $100 invoice? AMAZING! Of course I told her to keep the $9 and to suspend our service immediately. I would not have had it with any company, less of all I expected it from the company we stayed on with for a few years tolerating their so-so service in the first place. Well, no longer I have patience for bad service and for terrible attitude coming from a company I work with.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with this team. The designer came out and sent us a very detailed quote, the office staff were very responsive, and the on-site team did a great job with our backyard!

We have used Sullivan's over several projects. From helping us design new landscaping, removing and adding new plants, installing a flag stone and river walk walkway along the side of our house, to just yard cleanup and mulching. Starting with Ryan, down to the men on his crew - each time they have been extremely professional, prompt, hard-working, and have done a great job! We continue to get asked by friends and neighbors about our landscaping. We will continue to use Sullivan's for all our future landscape projects!

Very happy with the Sullivan’s team and final landscaping job. First class folks, completed project on time and within budget. Our yard looks much better than I could have imagined.
