Art did a great job on replacing and repairs on my items!! Will definitely recommend to others!

ART CAME ON TIME, BUT I WISH HE HAD NOT. THOUGH HE DID
THE SIMPLE CAULK JOB, WHEN I ASKED ABOUT REPLACING
2 BATHROOM FAUCETS, & PUTTING NEW HARDWARE IN THE
TOILET OF OUR MOBILE HOME, HE SHOULD HAVE DECLINED...
HE DID A MIX OF NEW & OLD FAUCETS. HOW LONG WILL THAT
LAST?? THE TOILET THE SAME, THOUGH HE NEVER TOLD
US IT WAS IN WORSE SHAPE WHEN HE LEFT. WATER KEPT
RUNNING & THE ONLY WAY TO USE IT WAS BY TURNING
THE BACK WATER FAUCET ON & OFF. WE HAD A TEAM OF
2 PLUMBERS WHO TOTALLY COMPLETED THE WORK WITH
ALL NEW FIXTURES....CHARGING 1/3 OF ART'S PRICE.
PLUS THEY CAN VERIFY THE SHOTTY WORK DONE
BY DISHONEST HMS HANDYMAN ART FUENTES.

Our kitchen sink and dishwasher stopped draining just before Snowpocalypse 2021. Understandably, we waited a while to hear back about our issue while the millions of burst pipes in Austin were being addressed. Art Fuentes called to apologize for the delay, and walked me through a possible solution over the phone. Worked like a charm! No more washing dishes in the tub! Thanks, Art.

I reached out to this contractor and he was able to come out for an estimate. However, it has been over a week and after numerous follow up texts, this contractor has stopped responding. Waste of time, going to look for a different contractor who won’t ghost me.

Art installed 2 toilets for me. He was efficient and professional. Art came back on Sunday to resolve one issue I had. I appreciated him following up on his off-day... This means that he stands behind his work. 😊

Agreed to send “his guy” to give a quote on a couple of small hardware replacement needs in my motorhome. The man came and did the repairs pretty competently.
When I later texted and asked for a solution to this dangerously sharp screw point I found sticking up inside my cabinet (photo) he ignored me…until, after 2 biz days of waiting to hear from him, I texted again and said I’d post this pic with my review.
THEN, he texted back and called it a referral and said “his guy” had not done the repair as part of this company (news to me, tho he did have me make the check out to the worker, which surprised me).
When I wouldn’t answer his three phone calls in a row right after this texted denial of responsibility (oh…NOW you’ll talk to me?), THEN he texted that he’d send his worker back to cut off the sharp point. Well…too late. I left Austin this morning and am 300 miles away.
I was, shall we say, underwhelmed.

On the phone Art was very interested in my business but, after waiting almost two weeks all the texts and the four conversations with him on the phone got me nothing. He finally did respond by text saying he was out of town and that I should go with someone else. Great way to run a business. He wasted a lot of my time and in the end I'm glad I took his advice. You should take Art's advice too!!! If you're looking for reliable who won't waste your time, go with someone else.

I was incredibly lucky to have him arrive the same day! Art fixed my installation error and took off the remaining front door locks and install my new ones. He was very quick and professional.

Five gold stars for Art! We called him on Saturday to install a new faucet and he was there on Sunday. Job completed in 20 minutes and for a fair price.. Highly recommend!

I don't know what we would do without Art! We bought a home a few months ago and it needs a lot of little things done here and there. I reached out to Art originally about fixing a door, and he was super responsive. When he showed up, he was really friendly, helpful, and quick. We showed him a few other projects we wanted done and he came back the next month to take care of it all. The pricing was extremely fair. Now we have a few more things on the list and we will absolutely be reaching out to Art again.
