Sid Mourning tree service has been to my home 2 years in a row for regular tree trimming and they have always done a good job at a reasonable price.

For this last time they came for another tree-related job, I was given a reasonable estimate when the estimator came to my home to measure, but due to a miscalculation by the estimator, they mentioned it would cost 3 times as much as quoted when they arrived to actually do the work.

That could have been a showstopper, but I have to praise Sid Mourning tree service because we were able to talk things out, and proceed with the work as planned.

They are a company that have something that fewer and fewer companies these days have: honor.

They honored their original estimate, and I really appreciate that about them. They have earned my respect, and they will have my repeat business in the future and personal recommendation to anyone who asks.

They also did a good job: quick work, cleaned up well afterwards, and did not damage anything. No complaints.

I write this review in appreciation of Sid Mourning Tree Service. Thank you for sticking to your word. You will be rewarded with extra business from others, I am sure.

I have a giant tree in my front yard with broken branches from several storms. Haven’t had any luck of finding a tree care company until I called Happy Tree. They responded to my online request within 24 hours to schedule an estimate, and were patient and flexible with my challenging schedule. Great communication makes me feel they are taking my tree care needs seriously. Evan actually got to my place earlier than the scheduled time. He is knowledgeable and thorough, and provided the quote within 15 minutes after completing the inspection. The work was done without needing me to be home and I couldn’t be happier with the great job. Now I have several happy trees indeed!

I had a extra large tree fall on my roof from a neighbors house & on my fence in several places. Happy Tree Service made an emergency call to remove it from the roof & the fence. They were quick & very professional also. I was very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone & use them again myself. Thanks to their team.

Not only was their quote half of what I was previously quoted but they were quick to go get an estimate, quick to get approval through city, and quick to get everything resolved. Happy Tree Service of Austin was responsive, efficient and provided a certified arborist as well as a large tree removal at a reasonable price. Communication was very good.

I've used Happy Trees Service several times and absolutely love them! They provide professional, thorough service and develop a good relationship with clients. I've received fair & timely quotes & service for everything from tree trimming to removal and stump grinding, and am still happy with the value of these services. I would highly recommend Happy Trees to anyone who wants healthy tree removal, maintenance, installation, or consultation for a reasonable cost and with great customer service.

Fabulous customer service and work for a fair price! The other 5 star reviews are legit. I had a 20+ foot tree limb that was a couple feet in diameter fall onto my neighbor's fence and yard late at night. I spoke to the office manager the next day to schedule an estimate. Evan come out the following morning for a free estimate and then a two person crew came out later in the day to remove the limb and even out the break on the tree and then left our yards spotless.

We had a large tree branch break off in our backyard, and we called Happy Tree. They came over within 24 hours to give a full consultation, which included making us aware of some potential caution areas with other trees in our yard. When it came time to book, they were able to come earlier than expected and also helped haul off the old broken branches. Overall, very pleased with their expertise and customer service!

The owner and his office staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. We had 2 trees that were dying, and Evan helped me select the best replacements, and the information provided about care and watering during the first year was very helpful.

I met with Happy Tree Service's arborist, Evan Peters, who is highly knowledgeable of the trees on my property and provided excellent advice on the care for my trees. He provided reasonable recommendations of services I needed to address general trimming and pruning, and even advised where it was and wasn't needed. Service for the trimming itself was quick and hassle free. Ultimately felt like I was treated fairly and without any concern of being overcharged for services I wouldn't need. I would recommend Happy Tree Service to anyone in the area and plan to continue a working relationship with them and their team.

Evan was quick to respond and come out to quote my tree removal. He was really informative and even gave me advice to care for my anacacho orchid now that it wouldn't be shaded by the tree that died/was going to be removed. Plus he was really friendly to my dogs so obviously I gave him the job. The team was great, came early and took down a massive tree so fast I couldn't believe it. Cleaned up the yard and left everything better than they found it. I highly recommend this company!
