We hired Wilder Tree Company to cut down dead trees, trim, prune, clear brush, mow, edge and add mulch to our property. What a transformation! Eric and his crew are super professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Very reasonable pricing too! Highly Recommend!

Cant recommend Wilder Tree Company enough for the service they provided us (so far a large dead limb removal and a tree removal, as well as a lvl 2 arborist evaluation).

Josh and team were excellent. They removed a tree from my roof from a storm and they did an excellent job and cleaned up additional tree limbs as well. The final cleanup made my patio look like I had just cleaned off. I would recommend the company and Josh and his team.

Wilder Tree company did an amazing job. The crew came out and reviewed the job, got to work and cleaned up. Had us review their work and gave some suggestions for the health of the tree. Definitely recommend!

Adrian and Ever and their team are fantastic. For the amount of work that had to be done on my trees, this job was extremely thorough yet precise. Chris was also very helpful with diagnostics and estimates. Overall very professional. My house, trees and myself are all better off thanks to these guys.

If I could give a six-star review, I would. I submitted a request via their website, and the estimator had called me by the end of that day, and visited my home within 36 hours. The work was scheduled with clear communication on timelines. The work crew, led by Mike, showed up on time, and knocked out an incredible amount of work in just a couple of hours. Mike walked the property with me afterwards, and the work was done superbly. Call Wilder, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve been wanting to write a review for Wilder Tree Company, and I finally got the chance! A few days ago, Wilder Tree and his team swung by Bee Cave Trails to trim some trees around here. Eric Wilder was super nice and let us know he’d be in the area to trim trees, just giving us a heads-up. I was so surprised by the job he and his employees did—they did an amazing job trimming my trees! His employees kept my yard spotless. My yard was so clean that I was totally impressed. They didn’t leave a single piece of debris behind. Plus, his employees are super friendly, always greeting and saying hi! I have to say, Wilder Tree Company has some seriously hard-working employees who do a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them!

We couldn’t be more impressed with Drake, Chris, and the entire Wilder Tree crew. While we hated losing such a nice oak, disease had unfortunately set in, and it was only a matter of time. From quote to complete removal, they took down our huge tree—tucked tightly between our house and a power line—in just 28 hours. Not a single branch touched the house or the line. I had a great experience with this tree trimming company. They were polite, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done the right way. The crew showed up on time, did excellent work, and cleaned up the yard before they left. The trees look fantastic, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing quality tree work.

Had a dying and potentially dangerous Hackberry beside our house, which had already caused some minor roof damage. I contacted at least six different vendors for bids. Wilder set a firm appointment time, which they kept. Their proposal included some additional work which they included at no additional charge. When I had a question regarding the scope of work, the person who answered the phone expedited things and was a pleasure to work with. I regret that I didn't write down her name, but she was both professional and pleasant to work with. (And, all of this is happening around 5:00 on a Friday night!)

Their process involved only a 10% deposit, and their on-line form made the process very easy. (One firm, whose bid was substantially more wanted 50% down.) Wilder's bid was next to the lowest, but their attention to detail and professionalism made the decision easy. Once awarded the contract I was scheduled for the following Monday!

I want to give a shout out to the foreman Josh, and to his crew for doing a great job of not only removing the dead tree, but doing a careful job of trimming the other threes and shrubs, including removing some small volunteer Hackberry trees from a couple of locations. Excellent work, and respect for our property.

Wilder Tree Company did an excellent job removing multiple dead pine trees from my property that had been affected by pine beetles. The crew was efficient, professional, and accomplished far more in one day than I expected. They cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the area neat and safe.

The office team was also wonderful to work with. They offered me a special rate with the understanding that scheduling would take place at their discretion, which made it possible for me to move forward with the project. I was really happy with the work Wilder Tree Company did for me. They cleaned up some broken branches stuck high in a canopy and removed a dying tree from my property quickly and safely. The tree was in a tight spot between my and my neighbors homes and they removed it expertly. They were very professional and fast, and the price was very reason compared to other quotes I got.

Eric wilder is a great operator! Very knowledgeable on soils and yard maintenance. He spends the time needed to answer all your questions and gets a bit “nerdy” on his microbes - his microbe program mix is outstanding! What an amazing transformation of healthy thriving trees and shrubs. A must have - we used in 2025 and can’t wait to enjoy another year with healthy soil and a beautiful landscape!! This company came out to trim the trees at my community and I asked them to clean up a few things on my live oaks. They were happy to help, and they were thorough. The cleanup was good. I recommend them if you're looking for a tree service in or around Austin

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WILDER TREE COMPANY. This week, I had serious concerns about my tree, and I am happy I called Wilder Tree Company.

My large red oak was developing a crack between the two main branches. Too much weight was hanging over the street, making it unbalanced. I was worried (for good reason) that the tree could suddenly split.

Eric, the company's owner, thankfully recognized the danger and immediately came by to inspect it. Within an hour, his expert crew was working on the problem. They balanced the weight on the tree that afternoon. The crew was pulled from a less severe project. I did not want any risk of half the tree falling into the street on Halloween.

The next morning, three cables were added to the main branches for support. As an extra precaution, a bolt will be added to hold the area cracking together. The weight balancing fixed the problem, but these additional steps (with cables and bolts) will keep the tree structurally sound for years to come. I could see that once some heavy branches were removed, the danger was gone.

The owner is a trained arborist; all high-up cuts were immediately treated with paint to prevent disease. The company is insured/bonded; they have heavy-duty chipping equipment; and the staff cleaned up everything quickly. My house and tree look much better without heavy branches hanging down low. The bid was reasonable compared to the others I received.

I am no longer worried about the integrity of the tree. Working with Wilder Tree Company was a great decision.
