Great communication, fair cost, and skilled/quality work. We had large cedar elm and crepe myrtle trees removed, stump ground, and shrubs removed. During the tree removal, they were very skilled at cutting large limbs and avoiding the houses. They also cleaned up the site when they were done.

Edgar grinded an enormous 75”D stump off my front yard. He cleaned everything and left the surface perfectly flat, making sure there was good soil to allow new grass to grow. He also removed a second sick tree in no time, leaving absolutely no trace of it. He’s work is excellent and his prices very competitive. Not to mention he’s a wonderful person. I highly recommend him.

We were very pleased with Edgar’s work and attention to detail. The team surpassed our expectations. David is a marvel at hoisting himself into the tree and reaching the hard-to-get-to branches. I’m very guarded about letting arborists trim our prized live oak. Edgar and David know what they’re doing.

We needed to have two large Oak trees which were diseased cut down, two large Oak trees trimmed, and several overgrown Red Tip Photinia bushes trimmed. In addition we also wanted 2 new trees planted.
After getting several estimates, Edgar's Tree Service had the most reasonable proposal. Edgar was very precise as to what he would do and we were impressed with his knowledge of trees.
All the work was done by Edgar with his crew. They were very careful of the surroundings when removing the trees and cleaned very well afterwards.
We would not hesitate to get Edgar for any future tree work.

Someone in my neighborhood posted they had just used Edgars Tree Service and had been very pleased so I decided to give them a try. I can’t recommend them enough. We have been using another tree company for over 8 years and I felt like Edgars group did a much better job. We are fairly picky about out trees as we have spent years cultivating them to try and help achieve privacy in our back yard and a better look in the front. Edgar and Mariah came out under super short notice on a Friday evening to help cut down half of my tree that had a major, large part breakoff onto my driveway Other Austin based tree services were reluctant to come out due to a little rain.. and recommended to wait until the following week to work on a tree which might collapse entirely within hours.

The team acted quick and the tree is still standing. Would use them again!

I highly recommend Edgar and his tree service. I had several oak trees that had not been trimmed in a while and needed attention. He had just finished a job for a neighbor and approached me to offer his services. His price was fair and he was able to come the next morning. Did an excellent job with the trees, collected all the trimmed branches, raked up all the debris, and sprayed all the cuts. Could not be more happy with how the trees look.

Edgar’s is responsive, reasonable in price, and prompt. Edgar has trimmed our trees, removed a tree that unfortunately fell due to weather damage, and performed stump grinding to beautifully remove a tree stump. Edgar truly cares about trees and wants to make sure that the trees you have will live a long and healthy life. Our thanks to Edgar and Maria for their great service.
