We had Wilder Tree Company come out to trim some trees and bushes in our yard. We were very impressed with their professionalism, from the estimate to the scheduling and trimming. Eddie was so helpful and knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. We are so pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Josh and his team were fast to respond when a large tree fell on our vehicle. They were extremely professional and did a great job cleaning the area. We would strongly recommend them and would use them again!

I hired Wilder Tree Company in anticipation of a heavy freeze this weekend and couldn’t be happier with them. Eric came out the same day I called and discussed my needs which included pruning away from power lines and removal of an old unhealthy ash tree, and he was able to provide a couple of well-priced options for me. We also discussed some additional services and he was willing to work with both my budget and current needs, prioritizing storm and icing safety before some less important but desired cosmetic tree care on my property. Eric was very knowledgeable and, unprompted, immediately diagnosed the issue with my ash tree which I had already been aware of, and it gave me a lot of confidence that the company knows what they’re doing before hiring them.

On the day of service, their office gave me a call to confirm availability in advance of arrival, and Eddie and his crew were on-site shortly afterward. Eddie walked my property with me to ensure the scope of work was correct and they were going to meet my desires, and they got to work shortly afterward. Within two hours, the ash tree was removed, my power lines were cleared, and both my and my neighbor’s yards were cleaned up from debris, leaving the whole area tidy and looking great. They also took a lot of care to ensure no structures were hit by the ash tree removal, and sealed off the pruned areas to safeguard against insects and oak wilt. Eddie also did a post-work walk with me to ensure I was satisfied and discuss some other questions I had which was deeply appreciated.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service. Wilder Tree Company was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt, and I intend to work with them in the future for additional needs. They are a great local arborist company and I highly recommend them to anyone in Austin looking for a business that both cares about their work, and lives up to expectations when the work is complete.

Great service! Adrian and his team removed two dead trees, a bunch of poison ivy, and a ton of unruly vines that were taking over our backyard. Communication with Shane was fast and the work was done and cleaned up very quickly. Very pleased!

Wilder is amazing…I always look forward to them coming out because their crew is the nicest group of individuals…kind, caring and knowedgabe. I really appreciated the professionalism of Wilder Tree Company. They were great with communication from the estimate to the actual day of service. I had difficulty with my neighbors granting access to their property and the team made a great effort to troubleshoot and find a workaround. They did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend them.

The team showed up before 9AM and after a walk through with me, got right down to work. They completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. They were gracious in taking my direction and clarification of the contract. The team leader was bi-lingual and spoke fluent English and Spanish. A shout out to Kyle their sales rep. who with pictures and text, documented the work to be done. I'm including some photos of their efforts, which shows how the canopy was adjusted for a cleaner look and to let in more light for my turf. They did a great job of cleanup as well. Recommend Wilder, this is the 2nd time we used them and are quite happy with the results.

ATS was a third bid on a dead limb removal and I went with them because of the work they did on a neighbor's oak trees. What I like most about ATS is the ease of communication, availability to get the job done on my timeline, and their professionalism and respect for me tree, house, and yard. They did a fine job on the tree with no blunders and cleaned up very nicely when the job was done. I recommend ATS.

American Tree Service did a great job trimming back dead limbs on several of my trees and hauling everything off. Tim Pruett arrived on time for the free estimate and went over every tree and bush with me. I highly recommend them.

I have been using American Tree Service for six years and time after time they do fantastic work. Just yesterday they finished a massive job trimming a big red oak for us, which needed some TLC. They worked really hard, left everything looking immaculate and our red oak is back to it's full glory. Highly recommend!

American Tree Service did a great job of trimming several large broken branches on our majestic burr oak. Ray is a certified arborist, so I trusted him and his crew with this work. They responded promptly, communicated clearly, and did an excellent job.
