I have been going here for 17 years. The people are friendly and very professional. They do get real busy but that's expected with success. I will continue to shop here for my HVAC needs.

Had the parts I needed. But definitely the slowest service I've ever had at any supplier. Took me 3 hours to get in there and order a compressor

Have an EPA license and they will sell me all the freon I want. Yet without a state license they won't sell me an electric motor to fix the squirrel cage fan, for a water cooled Carrier air handler. What does a state license have anything to do with that? Will buy it off Amazon and have it tomorrow for $200. Just thought I would support local business. Apparently they don't want my money.

Worst-case Docking site, ever../ They need to expand area ro the "sighted side" by filling the negative space with fill dirt building a support wall of heavy block, reinforced concrete, move lighting to the outside of retaining wall, giving about 30 extra feet and theirby bringing the Docking and out their well into the range of 53 foot trailers as well as safe backups../ Aaagalaa

RMI is a terrible vendor. They have lost my orders. They order material that I only asked for a quote on. It took them an 1.5 hours to load up 3 package units for me. They are very slow and inefficient on getting quotes. Typically half to wait at the counter even if someone is freed up. I only go to this vendor when I have to. Unfortuanely they are the only Carrier vendor in town.

What happen is that dispatch told me that my appointment was at 2pm and when I called them just to verify and to ask them if they would want their product that day he told me that my app was at 12 mid day so it better to called them and verified your self because after 2 mire truck showed up and about 4 hours there to get offloaded

Excellent A/C company. Aaron Johnson will take care of your needs. They do not deal with the general public, but through licensed HVAC companies who service Commercial and residential homes and businesses.

You should arrive early... they take too long to deliver, you can wait up to 1 hour.

Alright, I have been here many times. The customer service has never been bad for me. The people working there always try to help you and will order it if they don't have it. Most of the time, they will have what you need. As far as returning things, it has never been an issue. With warranty, normally it gets hard to do at other places. At RMI, they have never made it a difficult process. I will admit that they have given me the wrong part once or twice. In both cases I was able to get it swapped out for the right part. Just a tip, no matter where you go always check it before you leave. Once I got a blower motor from a different place and didn't check it till I got to the job. Well, that was an hour mistake.
Over a year and I still stand by this review. Easy to work with and great people behind the counter.

Great online. OTP is good but will get busy in the park heat. Recommend to text instead if you’re wanting to place order or check warranty. In-person service is good. But can have a long wait time if super busy.

Customer service at the front desk is terrible everybody is in their own world. Nobody asks if you need help. I wish never had to comeback to this place for anything

Was very impressed by how professional everything was done, the team was very helpful and nice. The work to my AC was great it now works better than ever.

We have used him on several projects and never fails to deliver. From insulation, to HVAC tune ups and total replacement they are the ones we always use.

They was very careing for my home and checked everything carefully to make sure they did it all right for me. I extremely suggest anyone choosing this company. Even when I had questions later they did not hesitate to come by just to answer my questions my home has challenges but they faced it head on to do their very best for me !! I’ve recommended them to friends and plan on calling them again if we ever need more work. They also ce in under the other quotes I got and did an amazing job making sure they left our house just like it was before they started work. Highly recommend Irving and his team!

Working with Irving was a fantastic experience. He helped us put attic insulation in as well as other home efficiency upgrades. He helped us navigate the Austin Energy rebate process well, and was prompt in his responses. I would definitely work with him again.
