We signed up for Livinon Mechanical’s seasonal HVAC plan after a good initial repair experience. The first quarterly visit went well, but things quickly declined. For the second quarter visit, we had to initiate the call for service, and they showed up at the wrong time. By the third quarter, after waiting 2 hours, they didn’t even show up to the scheduled appointment. Didn't call to let us know they couldn't make it or reschedule.

I reached out to cancel and requested a refund for the missed service, which I had already paid for. While Henry quickly confirmed the cancellation, he completely ignored my refund request. Even after following up a second time, I’ve received no response and it’s been almost two weeks. Very disappointed and planning to contact the BBB.

We had Livinon out to replace a plenum and hvac flex ducts. We had found some mold on our registers and called All Nation Restoration to look at it. We got some other opinions as well. We wound up going with All Nation and they set us up with Livinon.

There was a little back and forth with the quote but we were able to work it out and they were flexible with some things that helped reduce the total bid. The final amounts were competitive with others, so we were relying on the expectation that, because the restoration company worked with them, they had more knowledge regarding the mold issue than other hvac companies might. Once we got the quote ironed out we were scheduled quickly and they worked with us on that too to accommodate our schedule. The work was done in one day, which is all it should have taken really (though others had said they expected two days).

I'm not an hvac expert (which is why i hired someone to do this) but it seems like they did the job well. They pointed out that the existing ducts were not well sealed at the point they were connected to the plenum (someone else has pointed that out too) and that could have resulted in contamination in the ducts. They explained how they sealed the new ones. They also answered some questions we had regarding our registers (which were apparently not the right kind for ceilings), cleaned up after they were done, and they were generally pleasant to talk to, helpful and seemed knowledgeable.

The pictures attached show an example of the previous duct (the whitish one that looks old) at the connection point and the new work (with the silver ducts). You can see the difference in the sealing.

If i have one criticism here, they said the ducts should be strapped to reduce bends, especially where it attaches to the plenum. I guess that wasn't included in the bid for whatever reason. Given that the straps can't really cost much, it seems like they could have just done that anyway. But they also weren't strapped before, so it's basically the same as it was. So not really a big deal.

I highly recommend Living Mechanical, HVAC company, and Henry for their honest and thorough work on our furnace anfter our mold remediation. They kept me updated throughout the process with clear communication and photos of the system. Once the work was completed, they continued to check in regularly to make sure everything was working properly. Henry also provided helpful recommendations and guidance to ensure the system stays in good condition. Their professionalism, honesty, and follow-up care truly stand out.

Henry and his crew did an excellent job. Answered all of our questions and reviewed with us all of their work at the conclusion of the project. I highly recommend them.

I had heard that their parent company All Nation Restoration was spinning up an HVAC company. Given the good experience I had a while back with All Nation, I hired Livinon to take a look at two issues: condensation / growth on my plenum and leveling my condenser as it was sinking. Henry from Livinon showed up and quoted me $5,000 to simply level my condenser. That seemed absurd so I reached out to All Nation, and the owner Ben agreed to come out and personally look at my issues. He apologized for the bogus quote and said they’d schedule time to level the condensor free of charge which I was so thankful for. Scheduling them to come out and do the work was a challenge though. My emails kept going ignored for weeks.

Fast forward several months and the condensation has returned on my plenum. Reached back out and again no one would reply to my emails for weeks. I should’ve taken this as a sign that this company isn’t reliable or the right fit for me. After repetitive emails, they respond and we schedule time for Henry (without Ben) to come look at it. Henry arrived 1 hour late and then text me that he was outside. I find that odd. Why not just ring my doorbell? I open the door and he seems visibly stressed and whispers he’s on a call with the owner and will be a while longer. He was on the phone pacing in front of my home for 30 minutes with his hands over his head as if something is wrong. Given 1.5 hours has passed since our scheduled appt, I opened the door and told him to leave. It’s not acceptable to be on a customers property on a company call that is obviously more important than helping your actual customers. I’ll need to find another company who has experience in condensation. Makes me now question the quality of All Nations work if they can’t figure out where the condensation is coming from after 2 prior visits.

Wowwww did these guys rock! For several days, Livinon Mechanical was at my house, cleaning “things” and replacing our HVAC system due to a mold problem. Communication with Henry, the general manager, was excellent. What a quality individual. He also got right up in the mess of things and worked alongside his guys for a couple of the days they were here. A special shout out to Edgar and Alex and Eloy. This crew was extremely hard-working and got the job done right. Every individual from their company who I encountered was polite, thoughtful, and had easy-going and kind dispositions. These are the kind of people you want to have doing important jobs for you. So what are you waiting for… Call them!

I hired Livinon to replace all of my flex ductwork & insulation in the register boxes. I called four a/c companies to compare. After meeting with Henry, I felt confident with my choice to go with them. He listened to my concerns and explained the entire process in detail. I want to praise the work of Eloy, Edgar, and Jace as well. They worked tirelessly to get the job done and done right. Edgar explained progress at the end of each day. They protected my furniture and floors, and vacuumed up each day. I highly recommend Livinon Mechanical if you need any a/c work done. I am a very happy customer!

The technician was very courteous. Thank you. They were very professional and punctual. We were very happy with their work. They were honest and fair in their dealings. Highly recommended.

They were punctual, kind, and nice. They didn't make a mess and were quick to clean up after themselves. In the future, I plan to have them come back for annual duct cleaning.

I reached out to them regarding a special that was advertised and the whole time they were here they talked about and did everything except what I needed and paid for. The special was $99 and I ended up paying over $300. When I called about it, they just added the initial services that I was supposed to get to my already paid invoice

Did a good job removing mold but never got to the source so it keeps coming back. Additionally they never covered anything and the KILZ they used to spray my vents got on all of my furniture and electronics.

The technicians were wonderful, but the company did me wrong. I made an appointment, told them my dryer wasn’t working, and I wasn’t sure if it was the dryer or the vent duct. they said they would send someone out free to take a look. my ductwork was clean and the technician said no charge. Then a few minutes later the office sent me and invoice for 50 bucks and the manager made the technician come back into my house and stand there and verify that i pay the invoice. the guy doing the work was great but this switch was baffling. It’s not even the money, it’s just not a friendly way to treat people and customers.

My ac ducts were getting really dirty and I didn't want to have to replace them, so I decided to get them cleaned. I found Clean Air Austin Pro and they did a great job! They were quick, and efficient, and my ducts look like new!

The service agent who came to work on my air ducts was very kind and friendly but he did a very mediocre job. I’m not sure how well he actually cleaned the ducts because we are still having lots of dust. The way he replaced all the vent covers was very messy. The vents were put back on crooked and there was large piles of crumbs from the ceiling texture all over the floor under every vent. One of the vents, he placed a screw in the place where the vent slides open and closed so now I can’t change the opening of the vent. I also noticed since having my vents cleaned, one side of my house is getting much more cold air than the other half of the house which didn’t used to be the case.

For such an expensive service (we paid over $1000 to have our vents and chimney cleaned), I’m not impressed with the work.

a crucial service. We noticed a musty odour and that our dryer was drying clothing considerably more slowly. We discovered that our dryer vent needed to be cleaned since it was clogged with lint. Clean Air Austin Pro responded to our request and arrived the following day. They did a fantastic job cleaning our vent, and we notice a significant improvement in its performance. Thanks!!!
