Great service! I had a problem and called Gary late in the day. He came out that evening to check it out. He had to order a part but it arrived in a day, and he came back immediately and got my system working again. I will definitely call Gary for any future AC needs.

I've used Bowien on three separate occasions at two different homes and they've been fantastic to deal with. Very fair prices, on time, and responsive. Especially in Texas, and especially in the summer (!), good A/C help is hard to find. I can't say enough good things about Bowien. I can easily recommend them without hesitation.

I can't say enough good things about our experience. With temperatures soaring, we realized our AC wasn't cooling. When the technician arrived, he immediately was able to diagnose the issue. Luckily, they had the part on the truck. Mike immediately got us back up and running, but he went a step further. He noticed that our unit was a little dirty on the outside and hosed down the unit to ensure it was getting proper air flow and educated me on how to do this several times each year.

I got a recommendation to use this company and I understand why. They are honest,
reasonable pricing, and have great communication! The customer service is fantastic. Their number is saved in my phone and I will never use anyone else for my heating or AC service. Cody, our tech, was even super friendly to our dog. :-) Great company!

Been a client of Bowen Heating & AC for years. They repaired my home and work system well many times. Eventually my 20 year old system became too costly to repair and they recommended a new system. It works awesome and they were fast, efficient, and budget friendly. They have also been great about same day service when I've needed them for my business here in Georgetown too.
