Update: Had issues with my down stairs unit this time. Dee came out and methodically debugged the issues to a few faulty parts. I appreciate his patience, experience, and ability to root cause the problem and fix it. Others would have just said to replace the entire unit.

The owner Dee came and did the service himself. He is a professional who has 20+ years of experience in the HVAC. My unit was suffering issues from not cooling well enough and he was able to come out the same day I called and was on time. Dee investigated the issue for me, root caused the problem, and fixed the issue. He then made sure that his fixed worked by testing the system instead of assuming his fix worked and running to the next job. Also, he did not try to upsell me on services that I did not need nor did he try to price gouge me even though the Texas summer started. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

Definitely would recommend him to anyone that asks me for a referral!

Dee took care of us after another AC vendor didn't complete the job correctly. He was able to diagnose the cause of the issue and get the required part very quickly. He also fixed some miswiring from the other company. I would highly recommend Dee as his rates were very fair and he does great work!

Dee is an amazing person and does an excellent job. My AC went out and the expected temperatures were 105 for the day. I called Dee and he came out at 11am that day! Dee's was a great choice. My system went down in mid afternoon heart. He showed up and had it up and running within 1 1/5 hours. He has really fair pricing and did a great job. He's my first call the next time something happens.

He let me know that we had an electrical problem and his timeline to get it all taken care of. His service is excellent and efficient. He ordered parts as soon as he could and had our air conditioning running quickly. His rates are fair, his work is excellent, and he is very knowledgeable. Mr. Dee did a bypass surgery for my AC!

Suddenly from nowhere home HVAC system shutdown, home temperature reached 91. Calling for hours to book an emergency service with no luck, finally Mr. Dee gave me an appointment for the next day morning.
That night was horrible, fans and open windows can't fight Texas heat, so at morning my biggest fear was no show or not same day repair.
Mr. Dee came on time and did a thorough diagnosis, shortly he found that the zone control panel was faulty, typically that needs a next day replacement. I asked him if there is anything to be done to fix it immediately, surprisingly YES! He connected the upstairs zone directly to the AC, that bypass saved me a night at a hotel. Next day he replaced the panel.
I appreciate his great service and his genius solution.

Called Airsheen on Sunday and left a message for an AC problem and Monday early morning they were at my door. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Great service and great people to work with.

Scheduling was fast and easy. Sandy, with her adorable attitude about climbing up to work in the heat, showed up on time. She did everything so efficiently, including changing my HEPA filter and rolling up the hose I left out for her to wash the outside unit. She credits Shahin for her extensive knowledge in knowing how to keep my aging unit running well through the brutal Texas summer. Sandy was so professional, yet personable when she had finished and came to tell me what she had done. I would highly recommend Airsheen to anyone!

I contacted Airsheen this morning, as the A/C compressor and fan were not turning on. They had a tech onsite within 4 hours and they were able to diagnose and repair the problem quickly, at a very reasonable price. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. I will be sure to use this company again when there is work needed.

I called Airsheen Services when we noticed the temperature rising in our house around 8:00pm. Upon explaining my problem, I was quickly given an appointment for the next morning. Shahin sent a text notifying me that he was on his way. He arrived about 8:45am.
Within 5 min he has located my problem. A capacitor and a booster had gone bad. He showed me the parts which needed replacement.
Long story short, we were back to cold air in 30 minutes time.
I should also note Shahin explained and answered every question I had. We’re very satisfied with Airsheen Services.

We're subscribers to Airsheen's "Comfort Club," which includes discounts on service calls and seasonal maintenance work, so our experience will reflect that. However, I always received excellent work from Airsheen for years prior to our subscription.

One of our AC units died last Tuesday - early June but already experiencing late July weather. Within 90 minutes, two members of the Airsheen team were on site making a detailed prognosis of the system. They took their time, ensuring that their analysis would be thorough so that their recommendations would be correct. They then presented me with our options. The old unit was 25 years old, so the choices were easy, but they went out of their way to offer us both a detailed appraisal and multiple options of addressing the problems based on cost and efficacy. We opted to replace everything - condenser/compressor, furnace, the works.

They scheduled this job for the following Thursday (and even offered o move it to Wednesday if permitted by early completion of the work already scheduled for Wednesday). They showed up exactly on time at 7:30 on Thursday morning and began work immediately. They replaced everything with new materials, and Shahin himself showed up to oversee critical portions of the work. They brought a large team and had the work completed and tested, with a new thermostat installed, by noon. It wasn't cheap, but it was almost certainly less expensive than most major service companies in the Austin area, and the quality of the work was first class in every way.

I selfishly almost hate to give Airsheen the great reviews they deserve because I don't want their service to degrade as so often happens with service companies as they grow. Shahin faces a challenge both keeping his best employees and growing the company in a way that allow him to maintain the quality that has led to his company's growth so far. However, quality starts at the top, so I believe he will succeed in growing Airsheen into one of the top service companies in Austin. I wish them luck and can't recommend them highly enough. I also recommend becoming a Club member - it's one of the best investments you can make in your home in my opinion.
