I know Shaheen for around 20 years now and will never doubt the quality of service, honesty. His staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. I will recommend Airsheen Services without any reservations.

Super friendly yet very professional. I have had them due routine preventive maintenance as well as repair service. They were very responsive when I had a problem. They always kept me informed on what they were doing, what they found, what was needed to repair. Never pushy on selling me things that I really did not need. I would highly recommend Airsheen.

Our air conditioner died on a Saturday night. Airsheen was the only one of the companies I called for emergency repairs that responded and scheduled me for Sunday morning. Sandy was there at 9 am. Diagnosed and fixed the problem, and remained to make sure it was functioning properly before leaving. She was very professional and explained things thoroughly. Highly recommend this company. In fact, I signed up for their maintenance plan.

Update: our upstairs Hvac system went out after a lightening strike and Airsheen was at the house the next morning. We decided to replace the system as well as all of the ducts in the attic.

Airsheen gave us a competitive quote and more importantly, did the work quickly and professionally. Luke and his guys are the best, can’t say enough good things about them.

Update: Our second HVAC system finally died after 23 years. Sandy, who is a rock star, had us a quote and install schedule by the next day. Installation went quickly and without issue. We are extremely happy with Airsheen’s quality of work and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

There were a couple of items that needed to be done, but all of them were completed quickly and with high quality. I would not do that better even if I knew how to do it myself. Now I have fixed the AC unit and a brand new smart Thermostat! Thank you guys!

We came home on a Wednesday evening in May, to a house that was hot and very humid. The AC wasn't blowing at all. I reached out to our regular service company, Honest Air, who informed us they couldn't help us till the following week. With outdoor temperatures around 100F, the inside temps ended up in the mid 80s with humidity over 70%. We couldn't wait a week. I called Airsheen whom we had never used before. They immediately got us scheduled for the following morning, and we texted back and forth a couple of times after the phone conversation, to identify the problem. They told us to turn the AC unit off, so we wouldn't blow the compressor, very thankful for that. The technician arrived on time, he was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He fixed the issue promptly so we could restore cooling. Their pricing is very reasonable. This company knows what customer service is all about, and we will continue to use them for our HVAC services!

Best industry customer service! Both office personnel and the AC technicians demonstrate personal and technical proficiency. Got an appointment is less than 24 hours and an entire AC replacement on Saturday in 5 hours. Left both my home's inside and outside property without any cleanup needed on my part. Superior communication with billing information and arrival times.

They did such a wonderful job! Broken AC and they fixed it the same day. Reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!!

Cannot say enough good things! After dealing with another AC company who left me high and dry with a leak from the attic down to the garage for 48 hours, Airsheen was here in an hour and a half on a Sunday! Sandy was so informative and diligent. Her and her boss both came to my home and not only helped fix my problem but gave me insight and direction. I will use them for as long as I am in Austin! Couldn’t recommend a company more. Great people with great work ethic.

I had a fantastic experience with Airsheen A/C Company. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain my options clearly, showed up exactly when they said they would, and completed the work efficiently and with great care.

I contacted Airsheen mostly because of the solid customer rating they had for an AC unit replacement. From getting a proposal to installation, Airsheen was terrific. Competent/knowledgeable staff, friendly, professional and fair/competitive pricing sums up my experience with this AC company. Equipment selection was truly consultative with my interest and budget as the goal. Installation was timely and work area left cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend this AC company.

Highly recommend Airsheen! They came to my aid multiple times in a month to help fix my ac. We loved working with them so much we bit the bullet and got a whole new system from them at a reasonable price (and name brand!). Highly recommend their tune up membership program!

Airsheen is a professional, punctual and gets the job done the same day! I had called them when my air conditioner quit working towards the end of summer while the temperature was still in the upper nineties, they scheduled a diagnosis appointment the next day, their technician showed up on time and was able to positively diagnose problem which needed some parts to be replaced.
They sent me an estimate for the job which I had to approve before they could do the work. I approved the estimate at night, in the early morning they started their search to locate the parts needed, they could not find the parts in town and they to order them, which they did in time to get the parts in the same day and they immediately came to my house and completed the job the same day and got my A/C back up and running.
That was unbelievable and the best service one can hope for. Airsheen cares about their customers and the level of service they provide is 2nd to none. They really came through for me and saved my family from the extreme heat.
