Sean was great. From the moment he arrived he was friendly, professional, informative, and a joy to know and work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

What’s with the price gouging? ARS provided an estimate today for $978 that I was able to get elsewhere for $375. My boyfriend got an estimate from ARS today too. $1500 that he was able to get elsewhere for $420. Make sure you get a second estimate before choosing ARS. Also, a while back, I used them for a new water heater and chose tankless because of local and federal rebates the salesperson told me about only to find out there was no local rebate and I’m not eligible for the federal one.

Jacob and Justin replaced an old gas water heater and brought the plumbing up to code. They were very professional, explaining everything without condescending to a DIYer who has replaced water heaters before. It wasn't cheap, but hiring them was worth the money. Coreen followed up repeatedly, ensuring accountability through the scheduling the inspection. Would hire again.

David was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. If this is a picture of ARS/Rescue Rooters business acumen then I will be utilizing their services if and when I need work done on my HVAC. Thank you David and ARS.

Had a tech come out due to my breaker on my furnace continually tripping. The tech arrived and worked on it a bit and said he could not fix it that night. He said he had to find out if the breaker could be replaced separately or if the whole heating element needed to be replaced. He finally called back the next day and said the whole heater element had to be replaced since the breaker couldn't be done separately aa it was one whole unit. Was given a quote of 1300 bucks before my membership discount. I felt something was off so I called another company and they said that yes the breaker could be replaced separately. The cost of the breaker is right at 95 bucks. The cost of the heating element is around 200 bucks. This is not right and I feel someone was just tryimg to pad the bill to get a higher commission. I have no problem paying a reasonable labor price but this is astronomical. Ive been without heat and ac ever since. Its just sad to see a company taking advantage of people like this especially a disabled veteran. I will be contacting Texas Department of licensing and regulation as I have the invoice i was sent showing the unit was one piece.

Setting up the appointment was super easy. The technician was amazing! Not only did he make the needed repair but walked me through each step to help me understand what was happening. The only issue I had was with the secondary scheduler who called me due to the company having scheduling issues which caused a delay in service but I can tell you the technician made up for it. Dan was outstanding!

John was upfront about what they could and couldnt do, which I appreciated. He didnt try to upsell me or push unnecessary work, super professional and knowledgeable, overall it was a pleasant and helpful experience. Great customer service and integrity.

Peter was awesome, very experienced and explained everything well. I was so desperate to have my kitchen sink drain pipe’s cleared out (and after spending 2 days trying to do it ourselves), that I was willing to pay what I think is an exorbitant amount of money. From the research I have done this amount seems to be normal. I have sympathy for people who can’t afford to do this and have to boil water and put it in a plastic container to wash their dishes.

Updating again. The tech came back out and determined the issue is actually our attic insulation. Meaning I could’ve spent $2-3,000 to have that redone instead of spending almost $13,000 on an entirely new HVAC. If we’d known the insulation was the issue, we would’ve done that and the old unit probably would’ve been fine a little while longer. I was told a manager would be calling me this morning to discuss this and still haven’t heard from them.

Coming back to add that satisfaction is quickly dropping. It’s Monday now and the installation was done 2 days ago. The first full day the unit has struggled to maintain the temp. I mentioned to the installer after the unit was turned back on I wasn’t feeling any air flow and was told it would take time (?). I understand it wouldn’t be blowing super cold right off the bat but there should’ve been some better air flow. Sunday the thermostat was set to 72 but reading 77 so we called the 24/7 service. I was told someone would come between 6 and 10. Then they called and rescheduled to come between 8 and 12 the next morning. Made sure to assure me our service call would take priority and someone would be here first thing Monday morning. Just received another phone call rescheduling us again and now won’t have anyone here til late afternoon.

From start to finish we had a great experience. The salesman made a personal connection with us and took his time to be thorough on his inspection. He didn’t make us feel rushed or uncomfortable when it came time to make a decision. The techs came an hour early to start installation and were very quick to get started. We were quoted this job would take 4-5 hours and it ended up taking around 8 but not at the fault of the techs. It was due to issues found once they got started and the previous HVAC not being installed correctly. They went out of their way to ensure everything was up to code and installed correctly.

Got a referral for ARS from Lowe’s website.

The guy who gave the in home quote was great and gave info on 5% off or 0% interest for the whole thing on my existing Lowes card.

The installer showed up near the beginning of the appointment window and had two assistants with them. They worked straight through their appointment replacing two functional but 20+ year old water heaters in the attic. They put towels down from the door to the attic to catch any water or dirt, took care to not flush sediment down our septic, and walked me through the new system. Great job!

Would highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter for just about any plumbing related issue.

The communication before and during our service was excellent. The technician came prepared and had to spend some time diagnosing the problem. He presented solutions and alternatives. We've been using ARS for our HVAC for 10+ years now. There's a good reason for that.

I couldn’t be happier with the service John provided. From the moment I reached out, he was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly got to work with the plumbing issues I was having. He explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently and neatly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers’ satisfaction.
Highly recommend John to anyone in need of plumbing services. He’s definitely my go-to plumber from now on!

Had two plumbers out to check out a house built in the early 90s that was just purchased. They walked me through how to fix a minor issue or two myself with a trip to the hardware store instead of expensive unnecessary services. The patience and honesty really impressed me. The lack of a call fee was also a great benefit!

The Technician, Marco Negron, quickly diagnosed the problem, determined it was covered under warranty, and fixed the problem within minutes.

Technician was friendly and thorough. Explained the billing process than the issue with my thermostat. He worked very efficiently. I highly recommend ARS to anyone needing AC/Heating services.

Excellent service! The technician, Kyle Dennis, has always been on time for the appointments. He had installed tankless water heater and water softener at our home two years ago. Nice to see him back today when I called ARS for water heater issue. He’s quite knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly.

ARS was referred to me by The Home Depot for a new water heater. Jerome was my first contact and he was super professional and definitely gave me the feeling that he knew what he was talking about. He did. He gave me several options. Corey, and others, was the onsite installer (tankless). Super professional, clean, efficient. I could not be more happy with the job they did. ARS took care of everything, plumbing, gas, electrical, roofing, and permits. Really a professional job! And, the system works flawlessly. Very happy with this work.

Ars rescue rooter is anything but professional. We have had nothing but trouble since we started working with them. We first hired them when our original system broke down. They informed us that the compressor was bad and that it would actually be cheaper to update the entire system than to continue to fix our old one. The system was old so we trusted they knew what they were talking about. We got the new system and right away the regrets came. The ac stopped cooling soon after the install and they said we had a drainage issue even though they are the ones that put it in. They came again and again to fix the "issue" but it never seemed to ever be in good working condition. They also charged for every time they came to flush it.

After that our motor went out, of course it conviently went out after warranty had expired, it was also right after they were just here to "flush" our system yet again. They charged us over 2000 dollars for that, after countless charges for the flushes.

The year that our warranty expired we had worked hard to pay off an ac system that was costing us more than our original system. It also turns out that the system they recommended was no longer being used because it was being discontinued, but they were the ones to give the recommendation.

Now right at the time the cold front comes in, the system is broken again. We were surprised since we just got the motor fixed and now the compressor is out. The whole reason we updated our original system was because of the compressor, yet that's what's broken in this 1 year old unit. Of course they refuse to make right their wrong. That is even after I told them I needed it fixed because we had kids in the house and knew the temperature drop would be bad for them. We are all sick and they care nothing about that.

In the end I don't recommend ars rescue rooter because they do not live by their slogan. They have made nothing work and nothing about this is right. Also, if you have a family they are not the people to trust with your needs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Awesome Job by ARS Rescue Rooter!

My home AC recently stopped working right, and the team from ARS Rescue Rooter came through big time! Carlos Yi (Lead) and Edgar Garcia (Helper) did an amazing job replacing my old unit with a brand-new, top-of-the-line system — all in under five hours! I honestly thought it would take all day.

They worked smoothly together, inside and outside the house, keeping great communication the whole time. When the job was done, they cleaned up everything — no mess left behind.

Now my house is cool and cozy again, just how I like it. I couldn’t be happier with their teamwork, professionalism, and the quality of their work. Highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter — especially Carlos and Edgar — for anyone needing AC service!
