This company is awesome ,efficient, knowledgeable and prompt. Don't delay in reaching out to them. I had several other companies come out to service my HVAC ,unit to no avail they were not successful in fixing the problem. I love that they followed up after finding the solution to ensure It was functioning properly.

Super nice guy who was willing to talk through our ac issues and make sure all the issues were worked out. Great communication even at times when we were hard to get in touch with. Pricing felt very fair.

Ismael is so hard working, friendly and smart. Installed a mini-split on our workshop. Did all the work with the city for permitting. On time and finished work by 3:30 pm working in brutally hot temperatures. After, educated us on all parts of the system (inside and outside). Will add photos later because the work is so professional, so I want to share that with everyone!!

My family was melting in this Texas heat when our old unit just quit on us last week. I called AustinPros Air Conditioning Service at 8pm thinking I’d leave a voicemail, but someone actually answered and had a tech at my house by 9:30! The guy was super respectful, explained everything in plain english, no upsell nonsense. Fixed the compressor issue in under two hours and the house was cool again before bedtime. Price was exactly what they quoted over the phone, no surprises. Honestly the best experience I’ve had with any home service in years. Already saved their number for life. Highly recommend these guys to anyone sweating it out in Austin!

Extremely dissatisfied with this company's work. Installed heating unit in our home in Colorado, which failed multiple times within the first two weeks of moving in. When the Encore's "techs" came out to fix, they did a temporary repair, and then took off back to Texas, meanwhile our heater failed again! Very poor work performed by this company and I highly recommend going with someone else for hvac needs.

Thanks for charging approx $90 to take photos of my heat circulation pump, loosing the screws to the cover so it cannot be reattached and leaving it without telling me. And no follow up the next day as promised on if your co and techs can complete this job. Even though I was told they were qualified on the system I have when I booked the appointment.

The QLS technician showed up on time, and I received a text when he was en route. He was friendly, seemed quite knowledgable and addressed all of the issues to help get my AC unit running more efficiently. Prices seemed reasonable. I would definitely recommend QLS for HVAC needs, and will definitely use them again in the future.

QLS did a great job with communicating/scheduling of our service call, and we received automated updates as our request made it through the system (scheduled, assigned, tech dispatched, tech traveling, etc.). Ian with QLS was extremely professional and polite, and was able to quickly diagnose and repair our issue. I've used QLS for a lot of years and always been pleased with their response time and quality of service. This time was no exception. I suspected and QLS confirmed that the small exhaust vent fan was making a lot of noise but was still doing its job and would be safe to run as the rest of the heat cycle was working properly. Since the HVAC is 18 years old it was suggested that we consider replacing the unit rather than just replacing the fan. No pressure or big rush since the unit can be operated safely.

As always QLS did quality work in new HVAC installation. Professional, friendly and left the the place spotless. Very satisfied customers for over 20 years. Highly recommend them!

Chris was a great guy, but spent the whole time on the phone being coached by someone. Obviously he did not know about our system. No regard given for a 90 year old in 90+ degree weather
Chris and his service manager came back today and worked very hard to get our air-conditioning back up and running. I have to say of the response was very quick and very good. I would recommend them two others if I were asked
