Our technicians, Alex and Luis were prompt, kind, respectful, clean and worked the entire day to get the job done. Told us we could replace the motor or get a new system. We opted for a new system since ours was over 10 years old. Once we told QLS we were going with a new system, they ordered it promptly and we’re out the next morning for the install. We only use QLS for our AC/heating needs. Always reliable and fair pricing. Sounds, looks and cools great!

I'm so impressed with how honest and straight-shooting QLS was. First, they had a quote that was more than 30% below a bigger-name competitor. Then when the job ran into some hiccups, they probably ended up spending 3-4x more time on it, and in the end they still charged me just the original quote. Highly recommend!!

The repairmen called to ask if they could come earlier (thanks!). These two men are friendly, have good communication, and are very skilled. They let us ask a lot of questions and watch while they diagnosed the problem (we're curious). One of them showed us the cost before they began the work; he realized we were under warranty for the part.

We like QLS; they are consistent in service and they are honest and never gouge you. Good people, good owner, good results.

Alex from QLS was early, which from the start puts them above most service providers and their “arrival windows”.

I described the issue and he quickly got to work diagnosing. I consider myself a smart guy, but I only know the straightforward things to check. Alex heard my description and immediately put two-and-two together to figure out what was going on.

With the issue identified, he presented my option and told me the costs. He proactively discounted the options because the needed tune-up service includes a service call fee, which is already paid. He easily could have double charged me and wouldn’t have known. But he didn’t.

His honesty showed up again when he said I needed to add Freon and quoted the price. I approved and he went to finish the job. He shortly came back and said I didn’t need the extra freon, saving me a couple hundred dollars.

Alex did a good job again and I appreciate his patience with my questions. He gave me guidance for how to avoid the problem of water collecting in the secondary pan in the future. I have to say that I'm not very impressed with the quality of the system - the kill switch on the secondary pan shouldn't cause the thermostat to go blank. Whoever designed the system, I know that isn't QLS but it is the system you install, should have been able to have the thermostat indicate that the kill switch for the upper pan has been activated. That would give me an indication of what I need to do the resolve the issue myself.

The guys were very professional. They did a good job and cleaned up extremely well! Highly recommend them.

On TIME, even before time, replaced filters I supplied at three places, put vinegar in one system, explained the one minor part we needed and put it in, pleasant to have a returning serviceperson, Alex.

Our Carrier AC was shutting off with a frequent sensor error. We had another HVAC company take a look and they suggested a full replacement, or at the least replacing some expensive parts.

We reached out to QLS for another opinion, and they came out quickly. Their service tech diagnosed a shorted wire, rewired the thermostat same day, serviced our HVAC system, and charged a fair price. So far everything is working great. Impressed with QLS, disappointed with the competition.

I have used QLS for both my home (repair) and rental property (both repair and later replacement). They are excellent, informed, incredibly honest, communicative, and speedy - all the things you want when your home is a bagillion degrees. I value their honesty and no-pressure vibe. We were experiencing a thermostat fault error and QLS response time was quick! Their tech, Ian, gave us excellent service! A part was needed to get the job done and someone drove the part over. We reside about an hour outside of Austin, not a quick drive. The people at this company truly do represent their name, QUALITY!

Very professional and considerate company. They were on time and got things done fairly quickly. Wherever they needed to get to (under sinks, etc), they moved things, no problem and put everything back neatly. They left their workspaces completely clean and asked our input for anything that became an issue. 10/10 would recommend.

We've used them quite a few times & have always gotten great service, for both dryer vent & chimney cleaning. They're thorough & friendly. We definitely recommend them!
