What a great visit and cleaning provided by this company! Mac and James were super efficient, friendly, and professional. Dryer exhaust vents/pipes need to be cleaned out once every year or two, otherwise the performance of your dryer will severely suffer. Call them!!

James is the absolute best! We were on the brink of buying a whole dryer and thought we would try this as a last ditch effort and boy am I glad we did. He pulled out a ton of lint from our vent and installed the proper hose on our dryer, now it runs like new! I can not recommend him enough and that people give this a try before wasting their money on a new dryer.

I had a great experience with this company the last time I used them. Most recently when I needed to have to dryer vent cleaned I couldn’t remember their info and had to go with another company! All I can say is I won’t do that again. I’ve referred them to family and they had a great experience as well.

Excellent service. James was very knowledgeable, honest and did a fantastic job listening to our dyer issues and then solving them in the most cost effective manner possible. He was also excellent at describing exactly the problem, and the steps he was going to take to remedy the situation. The dryer seems to be working 10 times better than when it was originally installed by a local big box store whom I will not name in this review.

This company is top notch and extremely professional!! I've used them for commercial locations and at home. I always trust James with anything he recommends. I never feel like he is trying to sell me something I don't need. We do routine cleanings every 6 months that he is always reminding me about. If I ever have a question, he is readily available with a solution or will recommend a company that can provide the work I'm looking for. All in all, I'm delighted with this business and will continue to use Better Dryer Vent for all our dryer needs.

James has always provide excellent professional service. During his initial service check, he replace a potentially hazardous paper dryer vent hose with one up to code. Our house has a dryer vent that is difficult to reach but James has always provided a through cleaning. I highly recommend Better Dryer Vent.

I called Better Service Company to inspect a fireplace for a rental property. The whole process was extremely easy. They handled all of the scheduling with the tenant, performed the inspection, and explained the condition of the fireplace to the tenant. They provided me a detailed report with pictures as well.

I will absolutely use Better Service Company again in the future and currently have them setup as the default servicer for our rental's HVAC.

This is my 3rd year using this company and they are total quality people! I added a fireplace inspection and cleaning this year which was Fantastic and bring total peace of mind when I use my gas fireplace this winter ! They bring tarps to cover the floor to keep everything clean ; they go up on the roof to inspect all angles and also went up on roof to clean my dryer vent which was full of fluff ! SIMPLY GREAT SERVICE !!!!

After searching the net for those that provide services in my area, I ended up initially calling around to a couple different places to gauge pricing, availability and to see what other customers had thought as well of the services they were provided.

ATX Dryer vent cleaning was quick to get back in touch with me, answer my questions and even schedule an appointment that not only met my needs but when the risk of bad weather threatened that, James was quick to get in touch with me and seek a reschedule that would work best for me.

Appointment was on time and just like everything else the work was professional, efficient and thorough . I will certainly be using their services again the next time my dryer vent needs services.

Mike was on time and thorough. Let me know I had a potential problem with the vent on the roof and noticed I had recently had my roof replaced. He suggested calling the roofer and he ended up saving me money when he could have offered to fix it for a cost. Thanks Highly recommend
