I contacted Better Service Company when a different dryer vent company recommended them. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. David was very professional, courteous, and patient with my questions. He did a great job! Several months later, when a possible issue came up, David came out the next day without question. He rechecked everything to make sure that nothing had been missed.

James and team at Better Service were a pleasure to work with on my home addition. They were the only one of the 5 HVAC service providers that understood my desire for a heat pump, and the only one to properly size the unit (using Manual J) as part of the estimate rather than basing it on square footage of the home. When I declined some additional services, there was no pressure or sales tactics to change my mind.

Owner was super nice and knowledgeable. Helped with my dryer vent and then also gave an estimate for some HVAC duct issues.

I contacted Better Service to clean my dryer vent and they scheduled for the next day. They had previously installed a new vent for me. They are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I just had Joe Trevino from Austin Duct & Vent out to check my dryer vent. He was here for an hour and checked everything - the attic, roof, the vent. No issues with the vent (it's the dryer) and no charge. Great guy and will be recommending him to clients and friends. Highly recommend!!

James has a very talented crew of truly skilled professionals. My project involved rather complicated and precise trim carpentry to complete an HVAC upgrade in a very tight space. They installed drywall-covered access doors that are almost invisible. Cleanest work I've ever seen. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
