One Hour Heating and Air is the most professional HVAC company that I’ve ever used. From the first call, there was an appreciation of my (potential) business, to clear communication on schedule, to a picture of Pete Smith who would be showing up at my house (on time), all the way through the service. Pete was training Caleb and I was blessed to see a man with tremendous experience mentoring the next generation of technicians for the company; not just on the technical side, but the business and interpersonal as well. They made all of their options available, had clear, up-front prices, and wanted to make sure I was informed to be able to make a good decision. In the end, they saved me money and have helped keep the system running well to extend its life. Thanks so much.

A builder friend recommended One Hour Heating & AC yo me. I spoke with Mark on the phone around 2:40pm on a Friday afternoon. Caleb showed up at our home the same day to assess the situation. The next morning, Saturday, Caleb arrived early and began work. He finished mid day Sunday, and we had a new AC / Heat pump complete with outside condenser with wireless thermostat installed and working. I was very impressed! One Hour assessed our situation same day as opposed to roughly a one week turn around that other services were stating. Then, to top it all off, even though it was a big job, they began work on the very next day. Caleb, the installing technician, was very polite and professional. He was also knowledgeable and worked diligently until everything was complete. Once finished… we were charged the very fair price we had agreed to up front. No surprises or up charges!!! Usually when you’re over a barrel and need immediate help, the service provider will charge exorbitant prices or have a number of up charges at the end. That didn’t happen.

I cannot say enough about the great service we experienced from these guys. We are extremely happy customers. I would highly recommend One Hour Heating & AC to anyone. And… for me, being able to give that kind of recommendation in this day and age is extremely rare. Great job guys!

service is extremely rude and unbelievably ver charged, most company charge $49 for service fee, they charge $119, for a simple paster parts, they charge $400, most company charges $120. not recommend. ARS, APlus is much better.

The issue with our AC was diagnosed and repaired within just a few hours of our call. Technician James Shaw was professional and efficient, and the office staff, Brian, was courteous and accommodating throughout the process.

Jacobi was great. Knowledgeable and was able to talk us through what needed to be done.

The young man was very respectful and very polite. He did a great jog diagnosing the issue.
