The comfort adviser was right on time for a Sunday appointment. Sam was respectful to our home etiquette. He was extremely knowledgeable about the company’s products, services, and financial options. Sam is a great point of contact for future business.

They solicited at our home with an explicit no soliciting sign posted for a buy-back program on HVAC units. Coming to someone's door to sell them stuff or provide an "offer" still constitutes soliciting. They should teach folks on the ground to respect the signage posted on private property. Wouldn't work with them out of principle.

Ignores no soliciting signs, pressured my wife to give her info over, then after I canceled the appointment they pressured her into making they still kept it and after I told them I canceled and sent screenshots proving another employee said it was canceled they spam called me from 3 different numbers. Never trust componies they do buisness like this. Scummy practice. Jeremiah was the one who said my appointment was canceled then spam called by Darlene and Joshua.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but the service we received from Chill Brothers was excellent from start to finish. Normally the sales people cut all contact as soon as you agree to buy, but these guys made sure we were informed of the entire process from beginning to end. They even checked back in to make sure we’re happy after installation. Thank you!

Had a great experience with chill brothers. I was overdue for new AC and they gave me a great price. They were nice, quick, and efficient. They didn’t try to oversell me and came on time! I recommended them to a few of my friends in the neighborhood as well. Braulio was awesome!

Daniel Andrasi was very attentive with making sure we had our questions answered. He provided a lot of payment options and scenarios to recoup my investment when I decide to sell my home. He was also transparent and also flexible with my requests.

The instillation was quick and although there was a small install hiccup the team came out the next day to resolve my issue. I look forward to my new hvac system and feel confident that the chill brothers will have my back if something goes wrong. Their 10 years labor and parts warranty is reassuring.

I know I overpaid after researching, however I am okay with that as long as their service and product meets the presented expectations. As of right now they have met my expectations and everyone that I have spoken to from the company has been helpful and kind.

Daniel is a great "Canadian rocket " to work with. He was patient, professional, and very thorough when explaining the numbers to me, even when I asked several times. I never felt rushed, and he made the process easy to understand. I was already mentally preparing to replace the old original AC that came with my house.

Chill Brothers offers a 10-year warranty, a buyback program, and flexible payment options, including no payments and or interest for 18 months. The price for my package was fair and matched what my neighbor paid for her system, with a company with mostly bad ratings.

Carmelo, who set up my appointment was also great too. Going door to door isn’t easy, but he was polite, hardworking, and very knowledgeable.

Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend Chill Brothers for AC replacement.

Though I did not agree to purchase I will say Axel did an outstanding job with his presentation. Very well mannered and very knowledgeable about what the Chill Brothers have to offer. I appreciate your honesty and time. Have all POC if and when I need your assistance! Thank you!

Brandon came to our house today and explained all options that were available for replacement of our AC. He is knowledgeable, honest, patient and helpful. Brandon is a very good listener too.We went through the best possible solution for our situation. He called his manager “Daniel” and behind his duty asked for extra help. Daniel is a great manager and helped us to get the best deal. Thanks to chill brothers company.

This is regarding the visit from Sam Cokes. Sam gave us an excellent rundown of the HVAC systems offered by Chill Brothers. He is certainly one of the nicest sales persons I have met. He is smart, knowledgeable, friendly, and most important of all..not "pushy." For now we have decided to hold off on getting the HVAC system replaced. However, when we decide to get it replaced. I had a great experience with The Chill Brothers here in Austin! From start to finish, everything went really smoothly.

Daniel Andrasi, the Senior Comfort Advisor, was awesome to work with. He was super professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure we got the right system for our home without any pressure. You can tell he really cares about his customers.

The install crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up really well before they left. The new system is running great the house feels so much more comfortable already.

Daniel even checked in afterward to make sure everything was working like it should, which really stood out to me.

Logan came to our door with an offer about a buy back program. Since I knew my AC was already old it peaked my interest, so I booked an assessment with him. He was very respectful and patient with my questions.
Dan came out 15 minutes early to the appointment and was the most helpful salesperson I’ve met. I ended up buying the system and the install went well. Great company, highly recommend!

I'm not deleting my previous comment, because that's what happened BUT I did change my rating from 1 star to 4 because of 2 reasons:
1) My conversation with Al, he convinced me to change my mind and give Chill Brothers another chance to make me a happy customer.

2) Heath's knowledge and professionalism - any tech issues moving forward I'm asking for him.

Conclusion:
They tried to make it right, they actually followed through with what was promised by the next day, plus (I feel that) Al and Heath care and want to do quality work - I have to respect that.

BELOW IS MY OLD COMMENT
Well the 3 major complaints I have are:
1) They cross wired the AC and Heater when first installed, so both were running for the first 24hrs before they came back to fix it. My electric bill for that DAY alone was half of my normal bill. Apologies from everybody of course, but no compensation for their mistake.

2) All this hype about a 6inch air filter, blah blah blah. I go to change it and I find it's MY OLD filter is just shoved back in there. Good work guys, simply stellar.

3) THEY STILL COME TO MY DOOR TO SELL ME STUFF. It's happened no less than 4 times after they installed my new unit. At this point it feels like they're rubbing my face in the fact that they took my $$.

Other than all that they're great...

Great experience with this group for sure! From our 1st interaction with the setter to our next interaction with our closer Daniel Andrasi all the way thru install. We got a great system, great deal and we are very happy with the whole process and product. I absolutely would recommend them to others.

Jaden came by and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Set an appointment and Daniel came by, very nice and hilarious salesman. Program made complete sense for my wife and I with our 2011 unit with $300 plus energy bills.

Bills have dropped significantly and install was smooth and Daniel always responds to my calls if I need something.

Will continue doing business with The Chill Brothers in the future.

I would like to start with, the folks who work for this company are extremely punctual and I really appreciate that. My AC unit needed to be replaced, the salesman I worked with Matthew was kind, accommodating, friendly, and driven. Like most, I’m not a fan of a pushy salesman and I would not describe him that way at all. Definitely driven and eager but not pushy or annoying.

The technician who came to do the pre-install was also wonderful and kind and very respectful.

The 3 gentlemen who did the installation were again, punctual, kind, respectful, and very quick. They got here for their 8-10 window at 7:58 and were gone before 11. I was pleasantly surprised and honestly impressed.

I got a number of quotes from different companies but Chill Brothers offers a 10 year labor warranty as an add on that is not something I encountered with anyone else and honestly was a huge selling point for me. Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences with everyone who works at this company. I would definitely recommend them for any AC work.

Chase was an incredible one in my house, he went up to the attic and was able to determine what the problem was with the AC, he took the time to explain the problem with the installation, thank you very much.
