I had a great experience with The Chill Brothers, Austin. Amanda was a delight to chat with, friendly and knowledgeable. Daniel was punctual and provided great details and suggestions. The installation crew did a great job and dispatch was quick to send someone to check and make repairs when the system wasn't quite working properly. Love the energy savings I'm seeing already!

Their neighborhood canvasser came by my house around 2 in the afternoon and pounded on the door multiple times. Then came BACK the same day around 5:30 PM and again pounded on my front door repeatedly. Left the paraphernalia both times. It was the same guy each time, not even a different one. If this is how this business trains their customer service outreach employees, I don't want to work with their technicians

Sam knocked on my door and was so polite, I agreed to let him assess the age of my compressor. It was 2008 (17 years old). So I agreed to an appointment next day to learn about replacement options. In the 11 years of owning my home, had never had a problem, but it would surely fail on the hottest day in summer.

With the Trump financial turmoil, I’m concerned about price increases to come and possible shortages if the AC were to go out. Daniel and Matt came Tuesday and presented quality turnkey options and I decided to go ahead with replacement, scheduled for Thursday. Wednesday evening I noticed it was 80 degrees inside. All my second guessing about replacing an aged but functioning AC were vaporized. Luckily, installation was already scheduled next day and Albert and his brother were on time, polite and efficient.

Its Thursday late afternoon and I’m now sitting in a cool house after a very professional and efficient installation. Albert pointed out the sealing of all the points that guarantee the cooling will get only to the vents. I am very pleased with The Chill Brothers marketing, sales and installation teams. Would recommend!

Short story: this is who you should buy your system from. Long story: Daniel was right there on time and he had to wait for me for 20 minutes. He didn't even mention anything about me being late. When he started discussing the system upgrade with my wife and I, he was able to answer all our questions even the most minute technical ones. When he recommended a system for us it was a proper size and type rather than trying to upsell us. When discussing pricing he really did everything he could to accommodate us whether it was financing or cash payment. We are very happy with our install and with the electric bill savings, tax credit and equipment buyback it feels like the system is almost free. They were wonderful to work with and I'm sure if you go through them for a new systems you'll be very pleased as well.

I had a VERY positive experience with both Samantha and Brandon. Samantha was able to get me set up the very next day to have someone come out to talk to me. Brandon came the next day and explained what was recommended for me and the entire process. He took the time to go over everything that would be done. They made me feel very comfortable and excited to get the work done so I can chill. Both Samantha and Brandon did a fantastic job representing The Chill Brothers. Great employees!!

I found Chill Brothers when looking for a second opinion about my AC. When I looked at their website, I saw they were rated number one, had a buy back program, and affordable financing. On the phone, I spoke with a kind woman, I believe named Anna, who immediately made me feel comfortable and I know I had made the right call. I had an appointment the next day and was greeted by Daniel A. He looked at the previous diagnostic and then completed his own review of the unit. He was amazing to work with and I felt no pressure at any point. Daniel explained what was going on with my AC along with how it functioned and with that info I made my decision to purchase a new unit. Daniel made me feel calm…I was stressed…and comfortable. I asked questions and made jokes, he was pleasant to work with. The installation process was smooth, punctual, and timely. The installers were all kind and courteous. I really recommend Chill Brothers for AC needs.

Logan was very polite when approaching my home to tell me about their buy back program. I had many questions as I didn’t understand at first but he was very understanding and patient with me when trying to help me book an appointment and with understanding what the program entailed.

I had been planning on replacing my old, inefficient HVAC and this company was going around the neighborhood making appointments, so they got lucky. Their sales guy came by and actually made a pretty great impression, though I still made a point of getting a couple other quotes. In the end I came back to Chill Brothers for the install because they had the best deal and amazing financing. The install was done within a week and the new AC is great. Thanks.

We had a great experience working with Brandon. He was professional, patient, and explained the buy-back program in a way that was clear and reassuring. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.

They said the system is high efficiency and that it would lower my electric bill by 40% (the salesman insisted off the record that he felt certain it would reduce it by 50-60% even) but my bills have not been reduced so ultimately I've just been sold a $15,000 system that is functionally identical to the old, outdated one that I "sold" back to them for "$2000" (which means the system is technically $17,000 which is pretty ridiculous actually). I felt pressured into buying because I knew my system was probably on its last legs and didn't have time to research if this was a decent price point because the salesman supposedly haggled the price and interest down for me or something. idk but I'm pretty disappointed. one of the selling points that the salesman heavily used was the idea that this system would save me some money in the long haul (and like I said, I needed a new system at some point anyway) and that the energy bill savings would somewhat offset the payment i'd be making. but there is no offset so now I just have the same energy bill plus the payment. the system works great, but I feel that I could have gotten a great system for *half or a third* of the price I'm paying with these guys. Not at all worth it, I think, for my <1000sqft home. something much cheaper would have likely been just as good. And, I reached out to customer service about this disappointing result and they haven't responded. I reached out to the salesman as well and he responded with a clarifying question and once I answered, has not followed up at all. I'm pretty frustrated and disappointed. I will make my review worse if calling them doesn't get me any help either but I have now contacted customer service twice, to which they have reached out to ask what I need, and when I tell them, there is no response. this is getting to look more and more like a scam lol

I had a wonderful experience buying my HVAC system from Daniel Andrasi & The Chill Brothers. Daniel was not only professional, but very respectful of my time and overall provided me a great customer service.
Daniel was able to answer all my questions and even work with me when it came to the numbers part of everything. Absolute champion, I would recommend him to my friends and family.

The sales reps Daniel Andrasi and Matt Mihalic are awesome! Came by and explained the program in less than an hour and the install went smoothly, the team was quick and they were clean, explained everything thoroughly and my electric bills have come down more than half which covers my monthly payment for the unit with very good financing.

I don't normally do business at the door, but after Carmelo came by and mentioned the AC it spiked my curiosity as it was one of the things on my to do list as the system was getting up there in age. Daniel and Matt, the gentleman who came to my house for the appointment were very patient and knowledgeable about the different options, and answered all of our questions. We had a 15 year old unit with $300+ energy bills and with our new unit the HVAC has never cooled so well and our energy bills have come down just about half since getting the unit installed. The install team was super great and they took away the old unit and left no mess. Very respectable company.

Daniel Andrasi came by for an assessment for my 15 year old AC and at first I was really hesitant as I wasn’t on buying a new Air Conditioner I was just curious at what the market had to offer for when it did go out.

Daniel took his time with me and explained the BuyBack Program in full detail and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner.

He was very charming, funny and I can’t leave out insanely tall haha! He has our whole house laughing the entire time.

3 months later, I can confidentially say that the installation was amazing, the service afterwards is top notch, Daniel is very responsive whenever I called after the fact and never left us hanging and most importantly my energy bills have dropped more than 50%, which I am able to use those energy savings to cover the monthly payment for the AC with amazing financing.

10/10 I would highly recommend Daniel Andrasi & The Chill Brothers to all of my family and friends.
