Wanted to give a shout out to One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Great company and great service, they were able to schedule my appointment within 1 hour, like the name says. The technician Cobi was awesome, very thorough, polite, knowledgeable, and great attention to detail. Cannot say enough good things about the service. I highly recommend this company for any A/C needs.

We had high hopes for working with this company, but the experience has been deeply disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. The young representative who initially came to our door was respectful and hardworking, and we appreciated his effort—especially in the cold. Despite the high cost (which we now realize was excessive), we moved forward based on promises made by the salesperson: a rebate check (which we are still waiting for), a discount, and interest-free financing.

The installation crew was the only bright spot—professional, courteous, and tidy. However, serious problems followed. Shortly after installation, a strong, unpleasant odor began emanating from the heater, causing headaches and stomach aches for me and my children. Our concerns were repeatedly dismissed with "it will go away," as if we were at fault. We had to call multiple times and insist on multiple visits before the issue was addressed—and even then, it was only resolved in a marginally acceptable manner.

Now we are battling issues with the financing. We were explicitly told we had 25 months of interest-free payments, as long as we paid off the balance in that time. This was clearly presented as flexible, with the ability to make our own monthly payments provided the balance was paid in full within 25 months. According to the finance office, that’s not the case. Their terms are entirely different—and when we voiced our concerns, we were promised a call back that never came.

In short, this company over-promises, under-delivers, and provides poor customer service. The lack of follow-through and accountability is unacceptable. We strongly advise others to look elsewhere and avoid the headaches and hidden costs we’ve endured.

This company’s employee or person representing them ignored my no solicitation sign on my porch and put their flyer on my door. First warning, do not step foot on to my property without my permission. I have video of employee if you want and picture of my sign.

Employees of The Chill Brothers have been knocking at my door every other Sunday morning throughout June and July (and now August) 2025. These people in bright blue shirts insist that they are not out to sell me anything, but would like to know if I might be pre-approved for HVAC renovations. This is obnoxious. Unsolicited knocks at my door from strangers on Sunday morning are just plain rude. The suggestion that you are not trying to sell me anything is obviously false and, accordingly, is insulting and also rude. I have not received services from this company but based on this experience, I never will. Rude and untrustworthy.

Other reviews mention problems with representatives of this company ignoring no soliciting signs and the company comments back that they take this seriously and would take action. Just had someone stop by and ignore my no soliciting sign, so use that information how you will if you decide to work with this company that has multiple of the exact same complaints months apart.

Sam was informative and considerate. He gave us a quote for a new HVAC SYSTEM. He explained everything completely and clearly.

I had a great experience with The Chill Brothers from start to finish. Living in Round Rock, I know how brutal the Texas heat can get, and I didn’t want to wait for my aging HVAC system to fail before doing something about it.
One of their reps stopped by and was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. After checking out my unit (which turned out to be nearly 19 years old), we scheduled a follow-up to go over replacement options. The process was clear, professional, and zero pressure—which I really appreciated.
Daniel and Matt showed up on time and walked me through several replacement options, including what would work best for my home and budget. We scheduled installation just a couple of days later, and coincidentally, the night before install my old system started giving out. Perfect timing.
Albert and his brother handled the installation and did an outstanding job. They were efficient, clean, and took the time to explain everything, even showing me how they sealed areas to make sure airflow is optimized throughout the house.
Now I’m sitting comfortably in a cool home, grateful I made the decision before peak summer hit. The whole team—from sales to install—was professional, prompt, and respectful. I’d definitely recommend The Chill Brothers to anyone in Central Texas looking for reliable HVAC service.

When I first heard a knock at my door and Sam was standing there, I was ready to throw him out. But he was very polite and explained about The Chill Brothers so I agreed to an appointment. Next day Daniel came and explained very well all of my options and knowing that they represented the Lennox brand, I felt very comfortable. Daniel never pushed nor upsold me on anything I didn't need. I was able to take advantage of the interest-free financing, and even though at first I had the sticker shock like anyone else would, I realized I treasured trustworthiness than a few less dollars. I am very happy with the end result and would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Sales person ignored multiple "no trespassing," "no solicitors, " and "no door to door salesmen" signs and banged on my door. Also left garbage (their pamphlet) on my doorstep. I'm adding this company to the list of ones I will never use; if they cant follow simple instructions, you know they won't provide quality services.

EDIT: They have responded saying they are "addressing this internally" and shouldnt knock on doors with 'no solicitors' signs. They keep knocking on my door, my sign is still there. They arent actually changing anything about their policies. Next time one knocks on my door, I'm calling the cops.
