Needed emergency service on a Sunday because the AC quit during a family party. Called three hvac contractors and only BreezeCool answered the phone. Tech arrived in under an hour, diagnosed a bad contactor, had the part on the truck and fixed it while everyone was still eating dessert. Saved the whole weekend. These hvac contractors are absolute heroes and their emergency rates were reasonable too.

Started hearing ice cracking sounds at night and knew something was wrong. Scheduled AC Repair first thing Monday and they found restricted airflow from a filthy evaporator coil. Deep cleaned it, changed filters I forgot about and now it runs better than new. Should have called sooner but amazing AC Repair service.

Had this weird loud banging noise coming from the outside unit for days and finally googled air conditioning repair near me. BreezeCool popped up with all these great reviews so I gave them a shot. Just had a complete new system put in by the hvac installers from BreezeCool and I’m blown away. Old unit was 20 years old and barely keeping up. These guys came out, measured everything, talked me through the best options for my house size and budget, and the crew showed up exactly when promised. They worked clean, protected my floors, and the new unit is so quiet I keep checking if it’s even on. Energy bill already looks better too. Top notch hvac installers.

5+ stars!! The temperature in my house was 90 degrees, due to the air conditioning going out for some reason.

The first person that came out told me I needed a new compressor, which costs $2k-$3k and upwards. Desperate, I called Dee Harris at 7 pm at night, fully not expecting him to come out that late, and knowing that would have been unreasonable. I prepared to sleep in a 90 degree house and was looking forward to seeing Dee in the morning.

At 8:35 pm my phone rang, and it was Dee, saying he was at my front door! I already liked this man! Dee spent the next 2 1/2 hours diagnosing the AC like nobody I had ever seen before, leaving no stone unturned, making darn sure that before he gave a grim prognosis such as needing a new compressor, and another 2 days to wait for it to be ordered, that he had checked every last detail to find the problem. Lo and behold, he tore that thing apart, and miraculously found a wire deep in the bowels of that darn air conditioner that was attached to the compressor, that had burned off, and wasn't giving it power. I was amazed to say the least that he found this. Once he found out the issue, it was no easy task replacing that wire. He had to lean way down in the air conditioner, even spearing himself on the sharp wire surrounding the unit, and hung almost upside down, while balancing a mirror, the wire, and the tools needed to secure it to the compressor.

All of this was done in the pitch of night, on the side of my house, bugs flying all around us, in 90 degree weather, with very little light. After getting the wire secured, he had to put everything back together again, before flipping the switch to see if it worked. IT WORKED!!!

How many people would work from 8-10:30 at night, much less go to the extent he did to find the problem, instead of taking the easy, and more expensive route out, and say I needed a new compressor? I never would have known any better either! I will call Dee each and every time I ever need help with air conditioning or heating in this home and those to come! He is nothing short of AMAZING!!

The airconditioning on my 2nd floor was not working. Mr. Dee responded to my call the same day and came over for repair the next day. He was very professional. He ruled out a few things step by step and identified that refrigerant had leaked out, which he filled. Also, cleaned the dirty coil at the outdoor cooling fan unit. He did a great job and was very reasonable with his charges too. Also prescribed the long term fix for this to not happen again
