Bogdan has serviced my AC unit twice now, and he was professional, friendly, and communicative both times. I was very impressed with his quick availability; both times I called he was able to arrive and check the unit that day. Prices have been very fair. Bogdan at Kassa Kool installed a mini-split system for our house that had some particular needs. The whole process was professionally and meticulously done from start to finish to follow-up. He was courteous and timely in all communications and as well as in providing a detailed estimate for a very reasonable cost.

Bogdan is always punctual and very thorough in his checking and testing the system and his diagnosis and recommendations for improved efficiency. KASSA KOOL - Stopped by today for a "routine" Summer Inspection. Bogden is relentless when it comes to Inspections! He found the condenser had ~maybe~ enough life to make it thru the summer, so we replaced it. Bogden let us keep the old one as a backup. Bogdan and Kassa Kool redesigned a system that backed up and leaked lots of water on several separate occasions from various places in the system. He visited once, then went away to do some specific research.

Upon return, he added multiple sensors to trigger shutoff at various points as well as some copper strips (part of the research). The repair/install did not take too long. Before he finished, he demonstrated the whole system working for me to show me that each sensor functioned as expected. The work also looked very clean.

Since his repair, I gladly can report I have not had any overflowing of condensate or flooding from any point in my system. It was nice to work with a professional who was prompt, detailed, fair, communicated well, and went above and beyond expectations.

Bogdan provided excellent expert service to our leaking HVAC unit, including advice on what we needed to take care of proactively to prevent further issues. He also gave us information on what was needed right this second, and what could wait.

We just transferred the HVAC maintenance to Kassa Kool and we can tell right away that this company does it right.
They uncovered a significant dangerous issue with our gas furnace and some installation issues with the system itself. They do computerized testing, explain it so that we can understand, and their attention to detail as well as prices, are great. They were able to fix it the same day too.

We depend on our HVAC system throughout the year but it seems to have issues at the worst times and I have been frustrated by maintenance companies sending out different people each time with wildly different proposals. They all seemed to be trying to sell different bogus things. We decided to go with Kassa Kool and Bogdan to feel more comfortable.

We are really glad we did. Before I had a chance to sign up for maintenance, our system stopped working (when we had a house full of company on a Saturday). I called Bogdan and he came right over. He got the system working again. He investigated the most common reasons for our problem but ruled them all out. There was one other possible reason which was a blower motor that sometimes wouldn’t start and I decided to monitor it. Sure enough it had a problem a few days later. He told me how to avoid the problem while waiting to get a new blower motor. He got the motor for free under warranty and installed it.

He also did all the work that I was planning to have done on our HVAC system which included maintenance and upgrade of our Air Purification system. He is great at explaining the various possibilities and options. No bogus sales pitches either. Prices seem very reasonable. Seamlessly supported warranty even though installed by another company.

I feel very comfortable with our HVAC system for the months ahead. It is great to have someone that we can depend on.

My heat pump chose the coldest day of the year to quit producing emergency heat (excellent timing 🙄). Kassa Kool responded immediately, gave me a clear and honest diagnosis, and walked me through my options without any pressure. Parts were ordered, repairs were completed quickly, and, miracle of miracles, I had heat again.
