Thank you for the great job! Very professional, on time, work with our schedule. Also responded very quickly with calls . Highly recommended!

We've used their services several times lately. Polite, organized, highly competent, on time, and their telephone person has the nicest possible voice.
-

I called these guys up asking for service for a problem with my furnace. The guy walked me through the solution and said I could probably fix it myself for a fraction of the price. He was right. I'm really thankful for his honesty and expertise. I'll be coming back to them.

I have had nothing but positive interactions with this company and it’s employees. They took care of our HVAC at our last house, continue to do so at our current house and have completely redone my parents HVAC. Honest, fast and reliable!!!

Professional and super nice. Also charged me literally ten times the price of any site selling the universal ignitor. They told me the part was $220. It's between $17 and $22 at Grainger or any site online.
Frustrating, but I needed it fixed today, so a $150 job ballooned into a $300 job just because they could. -
Terrible customer service, got home from work to a 92 degree upstairs house and 85 degree downstairs. The "on-call" tech had a "booked schedule the rest of the night and said he could fit me in the next day around 7pm. So it being summer time in texas I decided to go stay in a Hotel were i could sleep without sweating all night. Soon after 8 am I received another from Blueair saying they are not able to make service calls after 3pm, and could not "fit you in a appointment" However when I spoke with the "on Call" tech the day before he was already at a customers house at 6pm and was "booked" the rest of the night. Terrible customer service and rude people to talk to!!! would leave a 0 star if i could.

The Technician (George) was able to diagnosis the problem within several minutes and fix the issue within minutes. George is very smart and was able to communicate with me where things went wrong with our furnaces. Yes, both my furnaces went out at the same time, because the last heating guy installed the 2 thermostats incorrectly. I would recommend BlurAir to anyone. GREAT JOB!!! Thank you George.

I had my airconditioning as well as my furnace replaced last week. Not only was the price reasonable, but the two men who worked almost all day to install in particular the furnace (i.e. working in the attic, in August heat) somehow stayed good natured through the day although access to my attic is virtually impossible (a 1935 house without a fold-out ladder) but after they were through they picked up absolutely everything that they had introduced to the yard and the home and EVEN VACUUMED the dust that had come down from the attic with its sprayed-in insulation. This company is awesome, and I recommend them.

My AC wasn’t working so I called BlueAir for diagnostics. It turned out to be an electrical problem. I called my electrician. The technician from BlueAir explained to my electrician exactly what the problem was, what he needed to bring, and gave me the extra info I needed for my electrician. Even my electrician was impressed with the service I got!
(I submitted a service request online after they closed. They called me upon opening the next morning and got here the same day.) -
Blue Air was very professional and courteous. They responded quickly to my call and did an A+ job with the repair. The cost was also very reasonable. They were recommended on a neighborhood forum and they will be my new go-to for future service.

I think Blue Air rocks! We use their AC service for our home and investment property. I recently requested a service call in the afternoon and they had a tech at our house the next morning!!!! Their tech offered some terrific solutions to our home cooler. Blue Air is an excellent value !!! I would recommend them to everyone!

BlueAir has repaire my central air system on several occasions over the last 6 years. In every instance they have diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. What I really like is that they fix what is broken and nothing else. The recommendation on what might be breaking soon are helpful, but there is never any pressure to upsell services I do not need right now. The 1 year repair warranty (for what ever was fixed, not the whole system) is comforting.

A big thanks to BlueAir. They took the time to properly diagnose an issue with our heating/cooling system today. I really appreciate the professionalism, dedication and courtesy of the technician. He seemed to really care about doing a good job and finding the solution. We'll be using them again.... Excellent job!

I choose BlueAir based on a recommendation from a colleague. We called them in the morning and they came out the same day at 3:00 pm. Although it turned out that our A/C unit just needed some more refrigerant, the service technician was very thorough and gave our system a complete check over.
He was very polite and helpful and answered a lot of questions I had about how our A/C actually works. Once he'd added the refrigerant, he stayed to make sure the house was cooling down before he left. I was very satisfied with the service! -
Stay far away from this company. The tech named Daniel W. is nothing more than high priced used car salesman. He had no idea about the laws regarding R-22 and attempted to scare me into getting a new system because he said he can't find R-22 and if they could it would cost a couple thousand dollars. How can anybody trust these people when the homeowner knows more about their business than the tech? The current company fixing my system had 2 bottles of R-22 on his truck and a pallet back at the warehouse. This company I'm going with is charging me $500. Compared to Daniel' quote range of thousands up to $14,000 for a new system this is a no brainer.
