I just had to replace not one but both air conditioning/heat pump units! I reached out to Kassa Kool and Bogdan who patiently explained all my options (who knew that the refrigerant will officially change in 2026 and that this is a transition year?). Since at the beginning of the process it was cold, Bogdan dropped off a portable heater to use while I made my decisions - now that's personal service! He is passionate about the technology and in doing things right and because of that I have also signed up for his annual maintenance service because I know he will be thorough and honest and will keep these new units in top condition for years to come.
