We have been using BlueAir for years and have recommended them to several friends. They are always prompt to respond and quick to solve any issues we've had with our system. We recently decided to replace our 20 year old AC units. After comparing prices, we again moved forward with BlueAir. Their prices were fair and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The crew was professional and cleaned up thoroughly after their work. Units are great, so hopefully we won't see them for awhile ;).

Blue Air is great! In addition to doing a great job with the actual installation of my furnace, they followed through with every single thing they promised. They said that they were going to be there at 8:00am, and they were. They said that they were going to e-mail me a copy of the warranty, and they did. They were on-time, courteous, and did it all at a competitive price. That kind of dedication and follow-through goes a long way with customer service. I highly recommend Blue Air!

I wrote the above paragraph 8 years ago, and I just wanted to amend it. I recently used BlueAir to install a full HVAC system in my new house two years ago. Since the installation, I have had to rely on BlueAir for some follow-up work. Both Marianna and Mark have been extremely accommodating, and follow through to ensure that their customers are satisfied. Marianna even took my phone call after hours when I needed to speak with her. Thanks for the great customer service!

Blue Ribbon did a good job for us installing a new tankless hot water heater and a few other smaller projects. They did a nice clean job.

My outside unit started making a horrible grinding noise at 2am. Panicked and googled, found PerfectHVAC Air Conditioning had 24/7 AC Repair. Technician arrived in under an hour, found the fan motor bearings were gone, replaced it on the spot from his van stock. Charged exactly what he quoted on the phone, no midnight upcharge nonsense. Back to quiet cold air in 45 minutes. Lifesavers, literally.

Fast response, fast diagnosis of problem, and what seems to be a fair price to replace a part for our 7 1/2 year old HVAC unit. He even sent a video of his meter showing us the reading on the defective part. Entire transaction took about 2 hours.

He diagnosed my problem and had my unit working within an hour even though he needed an additional part which he ordered and installed a couple days later. I highly recommend KASSA KOOL, especially it you need emergency service.

Bogdan did an amazing job solving a tricky HVAC issue we had. He was able to quickly check the freon levels in our unit and then found a missing connection on the compressor.

Shout out to Bogdan Oancea at Kassa Kool for quickly and efficiently repairing my outside AC unit on Wednesday. I came home to a downstairs temperature of 85 degrees and based on other emails in this group, I decided to give Bogdan a call. It was 4:50pm so I expected to have to wait till Thursday, but Bogdan came over in 10 minutes.

After a few checks on the system, Bogdan determined the AC relay switch was bad. He had one in his truck and the system was repaired and running in 1 hour.

Two things impressed me about Bogdan. First was his engineering mindset in looking at the AC system as whole to describe how it works. Second was his attitude to leave it better than he found it. He asked about the AC filters and dressed some messy wires on the compressor unit.

I've had other HVAC companies come out before to do this, and now I'm left wondering what they even did? I had clogs, things that weren't up to code. So he told his crew that he is not going to leave the customer with out one working AC. In case the completed unit has a problem later and leave my family and I without working AC unit for the day, He took his time to iron out the potential future problem with the completed unit before starting the second one and explain every detail to inform me the process. He is so meticulous and a perfectionist in his work he gave me a confidence. It was a great experience doing business with this company. I had serviced my units twice before and the difference of quality of work and service comparing with other companies is like day and night. After all day hard work, instead of grabbing his check and go home to rest, he west home and registered the units with the manufacturer on my behalf to make sure I get the 10 year manufacturing warranty and brought me the hard copy. Only then he accepted his payment and went home to rest. This is a service to another level. I am glad I was recommended Kassa Kool LLC and very satisfied with the service and price charge.
