The technician Steve is really good at identifying the problem and giving different options to fix the situation. The office is very easy to work with and knowledgeable about different financing options. Great company and will highly recommend to anyone who needs A/C service!

The technician came out and said my freon was low and he checked and said he found a leak in the coil, but determined that it was under warranty so I wouldn't have to pay for the part, just the labor. So it was $1250 for the labor... 2 guys about 3.5 hours.... That seems pretty steep for an hourly rate. $178 an hour??? The guys that did the work were very friendly, but they seemed pretty green and did not speak much English....not really 178 per hour type people, in my opinion.

Not sure I would trust this company with my business going forward.

I called Friday morning around 8:30 and they were at my house by 10:00. Steve was courteous and professional and replaced the bad part we had on our AC quickly. AND he showed me how to clean our AC unit outside to keep it running cooler and to prevent future problems. Would DEFINITELY recommend them and will use them again.

We had IWP come fix our dryer and the technician was fantastic, fast and did a great job of communicating what the issue was and how he would resolve it.

From the initial call to the completion of our service, everything was Excellent.

Will use them again and recommend them to others.

As a Community Manager, having reliable contractors and vendors is always crucial to the day to day business. Indoor has NEVER let me down.

I had an emergency situation during very bad weather and Indoor Weather was my solution. They responded immediately, diagnosed the problem and fixed within a matter of hours where other companies couldn't get the job done same day.

From that point on, I'd kept my loyalty to Indoor Weather just as they have kept their loyal ty to me and the communities that I manage. They are fair and will always give you the truth. No fluff. I called Indoor Weather because they are really close to my house. I had two other companies tell me I needed major parts replaced and that it would be better to buy a new AC. I never spend that kind of money without at least three contractors looking at the problem. Steve came out, did troubleshooting the others didn’t, and then refuted their claims immediately with solid reasons why they were wrong, educating me in the process. In the end, the problem wasn’t failing components it was a dirty coil. The fix? Five minutes with the hose.

In a world filled with mediocrity and those who use their knowledge to prey on the uninitiated, it is wonderful to find a company, like Indoor Weather, who still hold to the old standards of pride in their work and integrity.

Steve was fantastic. Once he heard that we had gone a day and a half without air conditioning, he came out early to fix our issue. He also took the time to teach me how to fix the same problem in case it happened again. He also showed me how to maintain the unit to prevent a repeat issue. Lastly, he took me outside to show me how to clean the outside of the unit which will help extend the life of the unit. Great service! Highly recommended!

Edit for the reply: This is the only AC company that wants to charge me over $300 for a one time maintenance... And let's not forget this is for an install/unit of their own. I'm having a company come out for $99. $300 is intentional gouging of customers they would rather leave stranded.

I'm writing this review because it's the last recourse I have for keeping a business honest and ethical, which at this point, I very much question.

I'm have had similar issues with the awful installation that cost almost $8,000 unit since September 2021 and this company does nothing once the install is complete. They will gouge you with a several hundred dollar fee to come back out after providing a bad install. My unit is currently sitting on "professional" styrofoam blocks.

The thermostat they installed was not suppose to have batteries in it according to the owner so that I would know when my unit goes out, but unbeknownst to me, the installers originally put batteries in the thermostat so I could never actually tell when my brand spanking new unit goes out! This new unit leaked to the point that the bedroom below it now has water stains on the ceiling. None of this has been addressed in the times I've spoken to them.

They provided an email to me weeks ago and when I emailed them, they ghosted me. I not heard back and it's been weeks.

I used McCulloch on my 2nd unit, which was replaced about a year prior to this unit and that unit has not once given me trouble.

I just had this company install a zoning system in my house and they did a horrible job. The first night after the install we started hearing noise in the attic. Called them to come check it out, they said they needed to charge me a fee for after hours and I should just wait til the morning which I did. The next day the air wasn't flowing at all from the vents. Called them again said they would fix the issue when they come to fix the noise. Two days later the unit started leaking and now have damage in the ceiling and I have to probably get a new unit. I called them again last night and they once again said that they have to charge me the fee even though the lady on the phone said that's not right when I told her about it. I would NOT recommend choosing this company if you're planing to do any kind of installation. So yeah basically I just threw 2k in the trash, very frustrating :(.

Edit: I had the owner(Kris) come and look at the AC unit this weekend. He was very nice and spent a couple hours trying to figure out what's going on with the unit. He also agreed to remove the after hours fee. I updated the score from 1 to 3 starts cause the owners seems to care about their customers.

Had a great experience with Indoor Weather Professionals. Our 18-year old R22 a/c wasn’t going to last forever. We asked for quotes to replace the system from several a/c contractors. The folks at Indoor Weather Professionals offered a fair price to install a new Bryant a/c and furnace. We selected them to do the job and we now have a variable speed system that is super quiet and super efficient. The installation crew and office staff were friendly, respectful and answered all questions thoroughly. We are more than happy with the work performed by Indoor Weather Professionals.

These guys are great. The AC company I've worked with told me I needed to replace my entire unit only less than a year after doing expensive repairs. I always get a comparative quote, so I was referred to Steve and they told me they only needed to add a new part since I had just bought the other expensive part. They were able to save me over $3,000 and get the job done even faster. I would trust these guys any day and look forward to working with them in the future.

IWP is responsive, professional, and easy to work with - great company!

I used this company two years ago when I purchased my home. Steve came out and went over the system with me. Steve suggested I put a float valve in place and took the time to explain why that was important. 20 months later I am so glad I listened to his advice. Even better when I called because the unit appeared to be turning off, Steve offered to come out after hours if needed. He showed up just after 9am the next day figured out what the problem was easy fix and my AC is running great. Maintenance is key! I know it’s hard to part with that $109.00 to have a check up but it is part of home maintenance. Thanks Kris, Chris and Steve for the great customer service and speedy response time.

We called one afternoon, and Steve came by the very next morning and provided excellent service. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a few recommendations, and completed the fix all in about an hour. He tool before and after temperature readings of the vents and ducts. He even gave us tips to maintain our system better ourselves for the future. Best AC technician and company I have personally dealt with.

As noted in my Yelp review, they do not follow through with service. My builder picked these guys back in 2015 and the 3 units they installed have been nothing but trouble. You can do better

Try responsive company & quick to do the job right. We have used them for many years & have never had an issue with promptness or quality of the work. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Had to call them at night when my compressor quit running. They came by first thing in the morning, checked out the system, found the problem and repaired it. Also looked over the whole system and gave me a good idea of the condition of it and what future problems might be. Great People!
